Lovely staff and amazing service. And a beautiful little shop too! Had a watch repaired and the entire process went smoothly. Also bought a watch strap, but they punched the additional hole slightly off centre. They replaced the strap without further questions. Highly recommended!

Had them replace the broken glass of my watch, it broke again a few days later with no shock. Rude reaction of denial from the saleswoman when I showed the watch, before I could even explain or ask anything.

Not friendly at all. Refuse to show us things and said they don t have much variaty when it was not true. No will to sell. Very disappointed. the seller was a blond long hair woman.
