This is a great place. Only a few blocks from casino’s. 1 Bedroom’s are basically a suite. Very clean and quite. Does come with a kitchenette as well. Only thing I would change, please don’t call me in the morning on the room line, especially just to ask me “How is Everything?” The land lines in the room are extremely loud and I’m on vacation, sleeping in.

Great value for a large living room, kitchen, Queen bed and close to outdoor activities. Was there last Mother's day. Went into teal nice lobby kitchen first morning there to admire and wondering why no hot breakfast available.... Suddenly, a rude voice behind me, "sir, sir, sir you can't go in here". I turned around "door is open, no signs saying stay out and admiring how it looks and is set up." She just waited for me to leave. NOT HOW YOU TREAT A PAYING GUEST. Also, lobby music blaring BG's and Barry Manilo. When I asked why employees said "we love this music". I said "most guests won't". Third issue was sauna was only limited short hours next to a large Jacuzzi in same room, very nice BUT locked to guests and staff had to unlock it even though it has guest card slots to enter. So, avoid staff enjoy what Tahoe has to offer and enjoy the large rooms. Paid about $143 a night with T.O.T..

    - Not a hotel! Timeshare property. You must do your own maid service including trash, towels, dishes, and stripping sheets at the end. - No air conditioning in rooms. Due to signs on property warning of bear problems, kept sliding glass door closed. The room was warm and stuffy in summer. - There is not enough parking. Had to park some distance away on street. - Front desk personnel weren't helpful.

We were there for the week for a ski vacation and the room was clean and quiet. One of the big reasons we stay here is for a jacuzzi hot tub after a long day on the slopes. They only keep the lobby and hot tub area open until 5 PM?? And those hours changed based on staffing. One night I was told the hot tub closed at 3 because they put chemicals in it. Very disappointed! And be prepared for a different check in procedure if you arrive after 5 PM. Time to get back to normal.

To be fair, the room is good. However, my vacation was screwed up by the staff here. Upon arrival around 7pm, the lobby was closed and I was told this was NOT a hotel but time share. I was given a temporary key and it was only valid till 10am the next morning. Therefore the next morning as soon as the lobby was open, I friendly went there to exchange the room key. To my big surprise, I met a super rude and abusive black lady in front desk. She never smiled nor greeted but just screamed at me "You should know this is NOT a hotel! The OWNER was WRONG to put this place in hotel booking website! The OWNER was WRONG! WRONG!" She even didn't allow me to say anything but abused me without stop. (I booked a morning cruise so I had limited time to be treated like a prisioner by her). When I tried to ask her a reasonable question on my stay, she interrupted me rudely and yelled loudly "Shut up! You don't listen! I can't deal with you!" with holding shoulders and sneezed at me with enderless anger. Ironically, there was a big sign put in her front desk "Be kind to staff here!". It looks like this is self-explanatory on how bad this managing staff is. Do NOT recommend this place unless if you have enough time to be abused psychologically and verbally.

The accommodation was a 1 bed studio with an oversized living room, kitchen and dining area. The service was amazing! The instructions were very detailed, clear and accurate. It helped me prepare for the stay and the checkout! They even alerted me as soon as I booked the reservation. I call it accommodation, not a hotel room, as it is an almost 700sq ft condominium.

My wife and I stayed here from 9th - 12th of 2022. I must say, that of all the hotels and casinos that we have traveled to over the years, this facility is literally the best! The staff was excellent, the room was immaculate and the grounds were exceptionally well maintained even considering the two plus feet of snow the are recieved during our stay! Outstanding location! We will be returning by the end of summer hopefully to do some hiking and enjoy this wonderfully outstanding lodge again! Can not wait!

Good clean place to set up as a homebase. Kitchen is basic. No oven, but a microwave with a convection function. Rules are very strict regarding parking, use of hot tub, quiet, etc. However, if you're out most of the day and tired when you get back, that can be a plus.

We stayed here the first week in February, and there was wonderful snow! Everyone is very accommodating, and I really appreciated being able to call for trash pickup or towels and it was brought to your door/picked up there! I also really liked getting a latte from the machine in the lobby after a day in the snow. My only complaints is there is no oven but one built into the microwave so baking was a little bit of a learning curve and didn't work as well as we would have liked and the HVAC system sounds like a tornado coming on so we turned it way down at night to have some peace and quiet. Other than that, it's a very nice and cozy place right next to everything! You may even see wildlife from your balcony like we did.

The check-in process could be easier: If u arrive after 5pm u need to call the office, get a password to access the room card. It should’ve done by simply sending us an email or text. But the overall experience was not troublesome to me. The room is clear and spacious.

We have stayed @ this location on 2 previous trips 2017 / 2019. We returned this year for ski vacation, as the location is very good & rooms are satisfactory... However upon arrival @ 5:05 pm Mar 16 we discovered that the front door was locked? The place was closed? & there was a notice to call another tel # where a person would give us code to a lock box. After 30 minutes attempting to open the lock box with different codes we finally found our key card & managed to get into the room. The next morning we discovered that the WI FI in our room was not working (3rd floor only) After having my tech people check out my lap top, it was determined that the problem was no signal on the floor. I noted to the front desk people & they admitted that there was a problem. I asked what could be done for us & they simply told us that nothing could be done. Subsequently, I discovered that my lap top connected with out problem on the 1st floor in the lobby game room area. However I was also told that the lobby area is closed @ 5pm?? I asked as to why this would be the case & it was explained that they could not get anyone to stay in the evening??? Could not get anyone to stay a few extra hours perhaps to 8-9 pm??? Really !! Maybe they need to pay the staff few more $$$!! Ridiculous! I then asked if there was a room on floor 1, that I could use in the evening for 30 minutes or so with a chair & table, so that I could take care of my business emails after our days out skiing & was told a flat NO! So in closing, I could have lived with no wifi in our room IF I could have come down to the lobby area in the evening to look after my affairs, but there was no accommodation made @ all! This was very frustrating, given that all other aspects of the facility were fine... As I was not offered any type of compensation, partial refund @ the time I will need to take this up with management, now that I have a little more time to deal with this! Regards, Mike S.

We love going to the lodge. The staff is excellent, rooms clean, and location is great - very convenient to everything we need and nestled in an area away from traffic. Looking forward to our next visit.

The employees were amazingly welcoming. Jennifer and Sarah were very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and the place is well managed. Kitchen area was perfect for light cooking (microwave can also be used to bake pizza) and BBQ area was nice to grill at. The location is optimal and peaceful. We saved a lot not going with the usual cabin rental and had a great experience.

The lodge was nicely decorated, with spacious rooms and extensive kitchenware and friendly staff. The down side was that the front desk, the services and some amenities were limited to specific times.

We stayed in a single bedroom unit, which is very small, but nicely appointed with a gas fireplace. The location is clean and quiet. The kitchette has no oven, only a convection microwave. The check in was cumbersome, with the desk agent, for some unknown reason, having multiple reservations in our name. The bathroom faucet was difficult to find a happy medium between cold and hot water. Will stay here again.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay! My husband and I went to Tahoe for our honeymoon and it was such a pleasant stay. Usually if I sleep anywhere but my bed I always end up with a backache but I didn’t have any pain at all. Definitely recommend and will stay here again in the future!

Nice place. Grounds and club area are astheticly pleasing. 1 bedroom suites are on the small side but provides everything you need and nicely decorated. The staff were great. Very attentive. We may have had some bad luck with our unit, but there were 3 minor maintenance issues that needed addressed. The staff took care of immediately. Location is great. Close to action but far enough away to feel away and tranquil.

Been coming for 36 years. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but comfortable and clean and fits into our budget. Rose is always cordial and willing to go the extra mile.

The staff was very sweet and the location was great. But the rooms are not air conditioned and our bedroom had no window, but they were ceiling fans and stand up fans and it was still 80゚ in the place!!! I wouldn't say there again just because of the heat!! We checked out a day early because of that.

This is the worst experience I’ve been had staying at a time share. I’ve stayed many places—the Marriot, the ridge, the Hilton—these are all top notch resorts and time shares that treat their guests with respect and care. The lodge at kingsbury crossing is the opposite of this. From the moment I stepped in the door, their staff at the front desk was rude and behaved as if I was bothering them. The entire front desk wreaked of cigarettes and smelled like an ash tray. Disgusting. Just walking up to the desk I heard all the employees complaining and saying disparaging things about guests including racist remarks. The old woman behind the front desk could not find my reservation and was extremely rude and abrasive about it. She retrieved a loud black woman from someplace named monique who was apparently the general manager, which was unbelievable because her unprofessional demeanor was shocking. She raised her voice at me demanding to know where I had booked my room. This entire process of checking in was very stressful with all the rules I was required to follow and how abusive the staff treated me. The hotel looks old like I just stepped into the 1980s and my room was less then ideal for the price i paid. Given how I was treated and how the rooms have not been renovated in years—uncomfortable beds, small tvs, no Pool, being policed to use the spa and the unkept appearance of the lobby and surrounding areas I would never stay here again if my life depended on it. I don’t need to pay to be abused and treated badly on my vacation. They need to get new management ASAP.
