Poor service, do not trust with the hotel and transfer package. I had rhinoplasty scheduled with this clinic, and I got the hotel+airport transfer package because I traveled from the US and wasn’t familiar with anything there in Istanbul. The hotel was far from the popular areas and then after asking around we realized it’s one of the worst neighborhoods in Istanbul, there was a fight down by the hotel with stabbing involved. Anyway, the clinic asked for the payment to be made cash in Euro, and none of the ATM machines were doing the conversion. Not knowing the language and due to the ATM machine limits it made it extremely hard to do so. I decided to cancel my appointment after explaining all that for Merve, the point of contact. Then they only charged me for the transfer and 4 days of stay in the hotel for €700. Well after talking to the front desk the hotel, came to realize the clinic has charged me extra (almost double) for the room and 3000 Lira for the transfer from airport to the hotel (going back we only paid 500 Lira). I reached out to the clinic and asked for a refund because this is not an honest practice, but they refused to accommodate. I didn’t do the procedure but I wouldn’t want to do it through this clinic anymore.

Stay away from this clinic. They over charged us for the both hotel and transportation. Plus the hotel we stayed in was in a bad neighborhood, so we couldn't even take a walk around the block and had to take taxi literally everyday multiple times to be able to shop and dine!
