The worst experience one could have at Starbucks, though i am a gold member and a avid Starbucks consumer. at first I thought the issue might have been a language barrier, so here goes our story. We came in and ordered our usual drinks, which was kind of a hustle itself, while waiting for our drinks to be made, my lady asked for a restroom to use, which i though was closed anyway due to covid-19. But the lady barista (name: Buse) totally ignored us even though she was very close to us, so i thought maybe she didn't hear my wife's request, I also asked (while using google translate> language barrier thing in Turkey), she ignored again, finally very rudely she gave us a facial gesture which i guess means no. I politely reminded her that we are long time customers, so the least she could do was to respond to us politely or normally, then she stopped making our drinks and told her colleague to finish making the drinks, then I requested to speak with manager on duty>> manager came out to talk to us and spoke little English, which was manageable. However to our surprise the lady barista came back out and was yelling at me in front of her manager with perfect English and said (when you are in Turkey make sure you speak Turkish, no English) plus other colorful comments as well, and she wont stop even thought her manager requested her to go back inside and stop arguing with a customers>>US<<, now I have had a great time in Turkey and always have, this is my 4th time visiting Turkey. We also believe that race had something to do with our experience today, it sure felt like it, the way Buse was aggravated and rude towards us when we made simple requests, such using or getting my wife's favorite chai latte made with real milk> not powdered milk and extra hot. Now that wasn't too much right!. in conclusion we hope the manager or management does something about this type of behavior coming from their employees, because we don't anyone else to experience what we went through today. It's a beutiful place and the coffee was good as always but they didn't want to write my friends name on the cups. They said it's too late but like they still could and they didn't put cream on the top of my drink.

I like this branch, the staff are kind and friendly.. there is some art on the walls, which is amazing in my opinion and the area itself is nice. Also, they have Earl Grey Tea which is missing in many other branches

This Starbucks branch is one of the newest in Istanbul. It has a large seating area, as well as some outdoor seating. Location is also great, with both tram and Metrobus lines nearby. The outside view however is pretty average. Overall recommended.

The staff are rude and nervous . Starbucks latte coffees taste like milk without any coffee tastes!!

One of the worst Starbucks branches in Istanbul, the resources are so finite, there is not even sleeves or napkins. The staff makes so much noise with the carrying equipments, and they are doing it like as if it’s on purpose to disturb customers.

Location of an Starbucks here its not so nice... next an an grocery store, smoking is outside no heating or closed area with glass... you need to ask 3 time for brown sugar

I liked the designs. The guy who served us can understand some English but looked like he despited us I do t know why
