I stayed in Novotel with my family on a trip to turkey. The rooms were so clean and hotel temperature was maintained perfectly since it was too cold outside. Room service did their job perfectly and reception was accountable any time. Food servings were great. Variety of options to choose. High speed internet to use and bathrooms were equipped with great new tech tools. Staff was all friendly.

Absolutely great! A place that I'll stay next time I visit Istanbul. There's nothing I can think of for them to improve. Personnel is killing it. Service is top-notch at all fields and levels from front desk to servers, room service, etc. The location is at a very good spot, not a busy area but close to all places you may want to visit, walking distance from a very nice outdoor mall with a great water view. Thanks to all who work at this location and made our vacation memorable.

I spent 4 nights here the purpose of my trip was business. Rooms are very comfortable to live in with scenic view of seaside with morning breezes. I eat breakfast and lunch buffet the food offers here in buffet was too delicious to eat and with good presentation. Staff of this restaurant and hotel was very cooperative.

The room was not really clean. There are some pieces of napkins on the floor. The water is not really hot to have a good shower and we had to wait 10 minutes for the WiFi password because it didn't work and the stuff members were really busy. There is no guest service desk. The reception stuff is doing everything and when they have a group to check in it's impossible to reach them. The elevators are quite busy all the time and it's really irritating to wait.

A 4 star hotel 10 min away by car from sultan Ahmed main attractions it’s located in front of sea in quiet area. There are restaurants reachable at 5 min walk. The rooms are fairly clean but the WC separated from the bathroom and it’s size is too small specially for obese people. The TV shows Turkish channels as majority. The bed size is small and not comfortable and room size is small specially in twin bed room. The breakfast is too expensive, you can eat outside and save the half or more of the price. The care parking is safe and spacious. Room cleaning provided daily if you put the cleaning sign card.

Eray from F&B department did amazing job to us!! He provided us with the best service possible🤩 we come early in the morning, and not all food station was working, however he managed to deliver to us fresh Turkish coffee with omelette!! Moreover, Eray is extremely helpful and has positive attitude!! We had amazing stay in Istanbul!! This hotel is highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, conveniently located on the main road. 15 minutes walk to Metro. Available underground car parking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Check in and out very fast.

The experience I had during my recent stay from November 28 until December 3rd was wonderful as always. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they do the best they can to make the guest experience as good as expected. The room location, the view, and the cleanliness was perfect. The breakfast as usual is the best you can get especially after the COVID-19 restrictions were lift. I strongly recommend this hotel for travelers who want to have worm and friendly stay in Istanbul, and I look forward to repeating the wonderful experience in my next trip to the beloved city “Istanbul”.

My experience with Novotal has been great! It’s located close to popular tourist sites which is always convenient. The staff are very accommodating and ensured my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The restaurant staff are very nice and helpful!

The staff and service has been excellent. Boran at the bar was very friendly and helpful and kind. He made my drink perfect and was very helpful in recommendations around the city! 10/10, great stuff!

I leave this hotel more than 20days, here the services are amazing and wonderful. Here all people so kind and warm, the breakfast delicious so much and buffet also taste delicious. Mustafa Ibrahim was amazing to helping me and also eray nisa meryem they were very nice and helping to me. And also bar ambiance and coctail was awasome

This hotel has been great. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast in the morning is soooo good, the dinner at the hotel restaurant is solid when you’re too tired from touring all day to venture out for food (thank you Efe for the wonderful service!) and the view is great. Nice park across the street that you can walk to the bridge to cross over the busy street. Close to transit and there is a cute shopping/restaurant area very close by (Fiskehane). Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great experience! the best. Me and my colleagues have literally never seen such hospitality. We visited Novotel with our colleagues from all over the world and the hotel represented amazing Turkish cuisine and hospitality. Especially Eray was so helpful to us with any of our needs during our workshops that he was always there to ensure that the whole team enjoyed their stay at Novotel. Highly recommended place to stay when visiting Istanbul.

The hotel services is so bad, room service and cleaning was so bad, they always forget to change to clean the coffee cups. They never put tossues until we asked for it. And the most important thing was the Air condition is very hot. And the blankets and pillows are not comfortable at all.

The pricing of food and drinks will astonish you - in the worst way! When me and my partner went off the property to different restaurants we realized how much we had been scammed by the hotel. Price of a bottle of wine at Novotel was 1800 lira, the same bottle at the market was 256 lira! That is literally 7 x the price. No matter the convenience, I would highly suggest not to buy anything from the hotel. The food and atmosphere is much nicer at any restaurant off the property. Really loved Fisehkane for food options like Zennup and Lou.

The rooms are clean although the bathrom is really weird, but good for sharing the room, the shower area and dresser sink is separate from the toilet area. The breakfast is good but the service there is poor we were looking for the labor there for someone to hand over a cutlary or napkins or even to take the dishes away we mostly did this our selves.

We had un excellent service. We enjoyed the food, the music and Boran was an amazing waiter with a lot of care. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Excellent price - quality ratio! The staff from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping was always smiling and eager to assist. They were very polite, professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered guests a more than adequate variety and everything was delicious. The rooms were very clean and had a great view. The hotel location is excellent: quite with very easy access to any location! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul. In fact, a group of colleagues and I are considering a quick team building trip and this destination and hotel will be my suggestion!

Great location, nice and clean rooms but the bathroom equipment might be a bit refreshed as for Novotel. Anyway all works and looks fine. Sometimes you need to wait a bit more for the serving in the restaurant but when the manager comes the service becomes faster. ;) A great price/quality ratio. Definitely I will mind this place to stay in future.

Stayed here for 5 days on a work visit. The staff is the best! Super friendly and very accommodating. The manager and team ensured all my requests were catered whether it was room change, high floor, late check out, transport arrangements etc. Very friendly staff at the bar/restaurant too, especially Eray ensures everyone is having a great time at their stay! It is a very beautiful place in terms of location, view and silence. We came for dinner by the pool. There is not a lot of variety of food and drinks, but what there is is prepared very cleanly and meticulously. thank you Restaurant Chef Murat, team member Eray

Very good hotel friendly and nice place. Especially Emrah and Nisa were exceptional and friendly.

I like this hotel, it is clean and has nice sea views. Breakfast is good and staffs are phenomenal. Rooms are good sizes. Train station is about 15 minutes walk, bus stop is on front of the hotel if you're going the other way. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and many jewelery shops as well enternce is next to the train station. Also there are very nice restaurants within 5 min walk, between apartments building.

Nice location and has very nice view beside the sea also has the best view of sun rise , but you need a taxi or private car to reach it , the service inside the hotel is very good and all employees are nice

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Novotel and to describe it as special would have been an understatement. What made it so special was definitely thanks to the gorgeous atmosphere and lovely staff especially Boran, Mehmet and Ahmet. I highly recommend this hotel with its welcoming nature. How can I forgot we got flowers on two occasions from one of the lovely staff members.

The service at the restaurant is also great the food is always fresh and hot and delicious. Beautiful hotel with a great ambience to stay in, with staff ready to assist and a host of facilities to use. I enjoyed the buffet service also the use of the gym during my short stay. Special thanks to the attendant at the gym, Erdem, who was available to assist with the use of equipments and gave me pointers on how to navigate my way around the environ.

Absolutely loved it here. The pool and the breakfast are the 2 most important aspect of this lovely hotel. The view and proximity to many shops and next. Everyone here were polite, helpful and accommodating but Gokce , Ibrahim , Nisa at the breakfast area made it super special. I will be here every summer with my family. Thank you Novotel for all your exceptional services.

We had a nice stay here during our vacation in Istanbul, the hotel is more luxurious than we expected and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent choice for breakfast in the beautifully appointed restaurant. We enjoyed the pool area it was well maintained and pool staff were great. The hotel is located overlooking the bay and around the corner from Fishekhane, this place was a pleasant surprise full of amazing restaurants and cafes. We would definitely return to The Novotel here in Zeytinburnu.
