Had a hair transplant here, 8 months later, only a few hairs showing. I was lied to about the number of grafts that will be transplanted. people who did the hair transplant are a bunch of unexperienced kids, not professional at all. The people that will contact you are extremely polite and knowledgeable, but then you gotta remember that they work in sales, so of course anything to bring you to Istanbul. very disappointing results.

NAYA CLINIC is one of the best hair Transplant not only in Turkey , but in the world. I have been decided to do hair Transplant and I contacted them . Almost everything I have been told was accurate. The transportation, hotel , and the cost of the procedure. One the other hand, there are some optional stuff if you need more hair and there are no more hair from the base to be taken. Also , there is some vitamins to be taken which was not included of the deal you have to be ready to pay for it separate . All in all , my hair starts to grow again in ten days. Definitely I recommend.

I was initially nervous since I am going for the hair transplant treatment from USA to Istanbul and from airport pick up Naya clinic took very good care till I returned back and the procedure and expertise in doing the surgery without any hurry and for me it took almost 12 hours with lot of patience and commitment. I appreciate Nina personally she has been helping a lot and clearly explaining all my questions without any hesitation ( for the best price quote 😊 and best treatment ) and the doctors (Ada and two other doctors who did surgery) they are very knowledgeable and took good care in entire procedure. As they promised initially they implemented maximum grafts from my donor area and covered pretty much all over the bald area with sapphire FUE and two PRP injections after the surgery. Hope it should turn good after 8-12 months🤞. The planning department is good they send all the information airport pick up, drop off, hotel stay and pick up & drop off to clinic and very good 4* hotel and translator. Naya clinic provided after care kit with medication and certificate and follow ups. This clinic was amazing, and i had enjoyed my visit to Istanbul.,Dr zehra, Dr entoglur and Dr Abdullah made the process very easy and were very helpful along the way. If i was ever in discomfort during my procedure they were quick to help and always made me feel comfortable. The management is wonderful , especially ibrahim and Mohammed noor, also the reception lady was very accommodating.

Came from canada to do a hair transplant at Naya clinic, its been 3 weeks since the surgery and the recovery is super fast, although its early to see the final results but the progression is satisfying so far. Thanks to Naya clinic and to Omar the medical consultant who was there for me from day one to answer any question and doubts that I had. Everything was so satisfying from transportation to accommodation to dealing with the staff to the follow up after the surgery.

I had a Rhinoplasty done on July the 7th at Naya Clinic and I just wanted to share my experience. For starters, Zaid (my consultant for the time being) was the kindest and most welcoming worker and he helped me out thoroughly throughout my entire stay, he gave me pointers and always made sure I was doing okay as well as my mom and my sister who were with me. I really appreciated his work and help. Secondly, my translators Nada and Jaafar were so kind with me and helped with accommodating my mom and sister while I was in surgery and during testing as well. They always made sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable, especially around surgery time. Lastly, the doctor was so understanding and we went through what I wanted my results to look like and 1 month post-op I’m loving my results so much! He did a very good, professional job. The hospital nurses were so sweet to me and always checked up on me regularly (they mostly only speak turkish but learning a bit of turkish before coming came in handy). The hospital food was delicious, I got dinner and breakfast for my overnight stay. Overall, I love Naya Clinic and it’s workers, I have already been recommending them to friends and will continuously do so.

My partner and I will never use them again and advise others to steer clear. They are just a broker, their communication us appalling, once they have been paid their customer service is dire. The hotel they arranged for us was not suitable for a weeks stay, the room too small and the restaurant was awful. We were promised assistance in changing hotels, after 2 days waiting for it to get sorted, I sorted it myself with only a small percentage of the costs incurred refunded. We tried to pay the agreed amount by the agreed method, they then tried to elevate the price. The whole experience was far more stressful than it should have been. Kept waiting so many times without explanation, why bother with an interpreter at all? The only positive was the doctor and his team were excellent - my advice, find a good doctor and deal directly.

My experience with Naya clinic was good .Donna was amazing throughout , if there ever issues she’s was always available to help My experience with hospitals BHT clinic was okay the interpreters were good in translating, but it would be if good if day and night staff can understand English rather than relying on Google translator . It would make it easier to explain the need of the patient . But still I praise them for their work I’m still recovering from my surgery Once I got the final results I give my feedback on the surgeon who carried out my surgery
