I was looking for a dental clinic in other places in the world due to the fact that dental work in USA is very expensive. My first contact to ESNAN Dental Clinic (Topkapi Branch) was via phone with Choukri Telli thru WhatsApp. He asked me to send him pictures and X-rays if available so he can run them by his clinic for a proper diagnosis and price. He is very professional and caring. Before my second visit to Istanbul, I again contacted him. Choukri even answered his phone on a Sunday during his engagement party (Isn't that amazing!?, Congrats again Choukri!). He also sent me a translator when I needed one. All of the staff is very friendly and pleasant. A special thank-you to all of the medical and administrative staff that got involved in my treatment (sorry if I don't remember everyone's names). I would highly recommend Esnan Dental clinic to everyone in the world who wants quality and cost-effective dentistry. I would also highly recommend Aperen Koçak. Alperen is very professional, helpful and diligent person. Whenever I needed my dental paperwork, he would immediately send it to me via WhatsApp. Alperen is a very smart and pleasant individual. He made sure the clinic provides transportation for me in my last appointment. He would made me feel at ease by calling a taxi, he then would talked to them so I won't be overcharged. Small details like these matters because that's a true reflection of great customer service by going the extra mile. Esnan clinic also has a magnificent waiting area a couple doors down the block for their patients where you can charge your gadgets, enjoy pastries, special coffees and other soft drinks or simply take a nap and relax. The Patient Relations manager is an individual who lived in the USA. He is very pleasant and helpful. They made sure my teenage daughter was safe at this waiting location while I was having my dental work completed. Amazing place!

Yeliz has been treating my mother to get her mouth done. She has been extremely kind and very gentle. The clinic is extremely clean and sanitary. Yeliz has a very soft and gentle hand. 8 teeth removed, gum surgery, and a few other things were all done in one day and pain free. The follow up is incredible you can truly tell that the staff is very reliable and caring. I’m really happy for choosing Esnan and getting Yeliz and Orhan as our doctor. Nesi was out translator and he made out experience quick and easy. If you need a translator for Hebrew please request him!

Amazing clinic with amazing doctors who provide the utmost care for each patient. All doctors extremely professional with fantastic quality of work and take incredible pride in their craft. A special mention to Dt. Huseyin, Dt. Orhan, Dt. Kamer and his assistant Herdem who provided us with the best dental care we’ve ever experienced. Also, if you do not speak Turkish, there are translators there who are ready to help with every need. All translators were very helpful and attentive to our needs - we were mostly helped by Noureddin and Eman who were both extremely accommodating throughout the process and helped to ease the language barrier. Could not ask for a better treatment and highly recommend to anyone who is considering!

Dt. Duygu Üsküplü she was very caring and professional with her work, if she wasn’t happy with the crowns been provided by the lab she would send it back few times until job finished to perfection . Wajdi Arfaoui Was great interpreter , he arrange 3 zoom consultation before starting the treatment. Their advice for treatment was very genuine, they didn’t try to push for unnecessary treatment to increase the price . Great teamwork, very well recommended. I’m very happy with my decision. * I will edit my review another 5 months after I come back here again to install the implants. In my opinion this place is very popular for foreign residents. I came through their agent, and they have a lot of agents who work with the place. The prices are on a dollar basis. But they charge you in Turkish lira. So it does not matter that the value of the Turkish league falls against the dollar, Very tidy place, clean, lots of rooms, and everything is golden. Every one of the doctors there gets work plans. There are doctors, there are dentists, there are orthodontists, there are technicians, there is a laboratory, there is just everything. At the beginning of each process you first enter a diagnosis room where your doctor meets you and asks what you want, and according to that you build a plan, the plan may include some things you do not want, you have to argue and talk about it. It is very important . There are 2 options Conservative treatment Excessive care If you came to get a smile and a dollar dictionary, or you came to do dental care Overall I am satisfied, I will write a few more months continue to follow me.

Had a invisalign treatment with Dr. Defne and assistant Burcu. Before and after you can see on photo. All the communication was perfect, if I needed I could get a free consultation any time. After my bottom teeth were done I break the retainer, in a closest day I had an appointment to fix it. I’m highly satisfied with the service and results.

Than you to Dr Abdul for a full explanation of my proposed dental works, x-ray etc. He was always at hand to assist with all admin and procedural translations. Dental work for me is never easy. Dr Samer was excellent in explaining the cleaning & whitening process and very calming in his approach. This reassured me. I also want to highlight Cahide who was assisting as the technician. She was very nice and helpful; always available when I needed. Overall the process of teeth cleaning and whitening was simple, straightforward, cost effective and for me there was very little stress. Doctor Baran and Nurse Irem were great and very helpful. They are very experienced in their profession and know what they are doing. I was due to fly back home the next day and I didn’t have an appointment - Esnan was very helpful with providing me with a quick appointment- accomodating my needs.

I came from Barcelona to get 24 crowns for a Hollywood smile at Esnan Clinic in Istanbul and am more than overwhelmed with the beautiful results. I was treated like a VIP client by Osssama over wharsapp already in Barcelona month before… from planning to travel to transport, hotel and the 5 day treatment in was accompanied per whatsapp and in constant communication with Ossama. Dr Zehra and her assistants Tugce and Sumeyye did a perfect and very effective job. In the absolute minimum of time all my treatments were done and very pleasant. Nureddin welcomed me at the clinic every time with his beautiful smile and made me feel welcome like friends. Dr. Ercan made sure to supervise and have me a lot of safety feeling with his expertise. The Manager Habiba is very polite and kind but she must organised better the treatment plan for the patient cause she didn’t even tell me when it’s my next appointment and she texted my friends and not me in the last minute to tell me to come which is a little bit stressful. The surgeon and his assistant was very professional and do the job perfectly. Otherwise the clinic is perfect and very clean.

She is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. She's so sweet, so friendly. If you have a dental clinic phobia, no problem, Ms. İrem will remove your phobia. She took good care of me. I had to have bruises and extractions on my teeth before braces were put on. Dentist İrem finished my teeth very quickly and professionally with 7 fillings, 1 tooth extraction and 1 tartar cleaning per week, and I can finally go to the orthodontist. Esnan has a very nice team, they work with very professional dentists. Defne, who is an orthodontist in the field of orthodontics, will put braces on my teeth. I came to Esnan through Hazim who was my guide through the whole dental process. I had a zoom consultation where they explained to me everything in detail. A few weeks later I came to Esnan and met my amazing dentist Dt. Emine and her assistant Ozlem who have done a perfect job. I would definitely recommend Dt. For 15 years I wasn’t able to eat properly. Missing back teeth ,partial dentures and decaying teeth . 52 yo never looked after my teeth and a heavy smoker . I could never could eat without food getting stuck under dentures or getting stuck in broken teeth ..let’s not mention bleeding gums trying to floss and get the stuck food removed ! I could finally afford to go to Turkey and have implants done ! In Australia this procedure would have cost 90 k $ !!!!!!! First procedure of extracting all left over teeth and having 16 implants done was painless at the time … recovery after wasn’t a breeze …. I went a few times after operation to get more medicine and to see if all was ok after operation and I was always looked after by the whole team ! ( my dentist in Sydney said that the surgeon was a master in his field … he mixed sizes of implants according to level of bone and gums … he said he hadn’t seen such good work done in his practice . ( mr surgeon asnan clinic was also such a nice man ) 3 months later was my time to receive my 24 zirconia teeth on implants . ( no more temporary dentures … hooray 😃 Dr Levent and lovely mrs Dilan looked after me for the whole week . After a few fittings during the week it was my last day in Turkey . Thw two of them worked a whole day for many many hours to get the end result perfect . Couldn’t believe what perfectionist they were ! Was very happy to show of my new smile to mr Furkan for a very funny foto session . Everyone I meet says how great my new smile is . Dr Furkan is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! He was very thorough and professional with his work, and made sure I was happy with everything he did.
