This hotel does not even deserve the one star. The air conditioner does not work for the whole hotel and the employees keep saying we will get it fixed. Customer service is terrible to the degree that we tried our best to not interact. The rooms are dirty and smell really bad. The terrace has a nice view but for breakfast they don't let you choose, they bring the same thing to everyone. Besides all these the only good thing about this place is that it's close to shopping malls and restaurants. We paid for 3 nights but we left the next morning because we could not get a good nights sleep. Overall I 110% don't recommend this place, its better to pay 10$ or more and get much better value for your money.

İt is a really awfully hotel I haven seen in my life. Price is also not very low. But it's quality is much more lower then the price. Not very clean. Breakfast is very low quality and you do not have a choice to pick up things for you. They are bringing a plate for you . İf you want to west your money just come to this hotel. İt is very old hotel. Staff is not bad. I suprise in turkey this kind of low quality hotel.

Its the most awful hotel I have ever seen, I dont suggest anyone to stay there even for free, The service so rude and impolite the rooms and quality zero...and if you forget your belongings there after check out you will not see it again..

Very bad smell inside the room, there was no active switch plug socket. Furnitures are in bad condition old and worn. The refrigerator was not working. There was a big wall Inside the room. Beds were not clean there was hairs on sheet. I am definitely not recommending this hotel to anyone, it doesn't deserve 4 stars. I could stay only for one night then i moved to another one.

The worst hotel I ever been, nothing worked all the furniture were in bad condition and burned chairs WiFi was not working, the worst breakfast this hotel have overall very poor service and rooms the cabinets were damaged, even it is not one star hotel

Very nice personnel, friendly and helpful which compensates a bit primitive rooms, in particular, one of our sockets fell out of wall and wasn't fixed, very old air conditioning system was also a bit of a problem because it had to be controlled by the reception. Otherwise everything was quite ok, thanks again to the personnel.

Good hotel. Good location . Good breakfast. Clean rooms But small rooms some rooms has no view and some has great view Little far from tramway station about 18 minutes by feet .

Pretty good hotel in the town. Nearby to metro line and beside a shopping mall. Loved the breakfast ambience with the outlook of the city towards the sea. :)

What a shame , disgusting hotel . Far away from tourists main attractions and shopping malls . We asked our holiday company plannt tour to change our hotel but they were relying on their supplier , despite we sent them the photographic evidence of the condition of the hotel . They didn’t help us change our hotel so we had to spend extra money to find another hotel . We only stayed one night then found another hotel . Do not stay in this hotel , more for locals not for tourists .
