Beautiful, well maintained, historical site; one of the biggest in town. You can spend hours in the gardens and still not finished seeing everything. Views here are distantly breath taking as expected of Suzhou. Huqiu is accessible via public transportation or by the red city tour buses.

This place is quite beautiful. But not much explanations so u might want to follow a guide to learn more. Lots of flowers around. Nice place if u want to take photos. Pack light cause u have to walk alot.

I really enjoyed my visit here, it is very spacious and tranquil. It was a little like entering into one of those traditional Chinese paintings with their buildings, rivers and steep hills. There is a very harmonious combination of landscape, water features and the unobtrusive single storey buildings. The atmosphere is very calm and tranquil so you go leave feeling refreshed. There is a lot to see but it is better to take your time rather than rushing around. The bamboo groves are particularly calming. the site is dominated by the pagoda on the top of the hill which is now looking a little aged although so far it has stood the test of time.

Different style from the traditional gardens of Suzhou. This hill is not a garden but rather a series of homes and ancient pavilions as well as a massive Buddhist temple all surrounding the famous Tiger Hill. Very beautiful and possibly the largest of tourist attractions in all of Suzhou.

Loved this place so much! It's really big, it takes a lot of time to visit it properly, especially if you like to take your time to take pictures.

One he the most renown historical area locates in the downtown of Suzhou. AAAAA rated. Well preserved ancient tower and bridge with a credible history story.

Awesome atmosphere. Need to take a bus to reach it, but it's totally worthy, if you happen to be in Suzhou you need to visit this place. Great in spring and during the week when there are not too many turists
