Fun location seriously crazy views. If you love heights this place is for you. You can see all of the Shanghai city scape from the top. The glass floor level is pretty awesome too. It can be a little jarring at first if you aren't into heights. I would get the 190 Yuan ticket. The top level is not really worth going to IMHO. It mainly details some space exploration and the windows out are small and curved. The restaurant is pretty awesome with great views and the food is buffet style - they had a Hungarian chef there also doing some ethnic dishes. Overall the food was good... For 200 ¥ it is pretty decent Overall I really enjoyed the experience.

Very nice place where a tourist should come and visit. NEVER MISS THIS PLACE ENTRANCE FEE PER PERSON IS 20RMB. But its worth it... Take note NOT to forgot to bring coins, candy or foods to offer... Well about the coins you need it if you want to take a wish... But you need to shoot it in the hole the higher the hole you shoot the higher the chance that wish will come true as what they have said. There is also a red ribbon that is selling there... you will choose what do you want to achieve.. Either LUCK, WORK, BUSINESS, LOVELIFE, this is 4yuan each. Then you'll tie it in a tree. I suppose to tie a ribbon but all ribbon available are about business... What I need is career work and lovelife.. But its all sold out.. I recommend not to get in hurry when you go there, but instead you have to read what is written 😊(you can also bring water and foods with you incase you get tired touring there...) .I HOPE MY REVIEWS HELP YOU. PLS DON'T FORGET TO CLICK LIKE OR HELPFUL.you can also contact me for more details you want about the place ... THANK YOU

It is the largest, most authentic and complete ancient temple complex in the city of Shanghai. The Longhua Temple is located on the Longhua area of Shanghai (named after the temple). Its street address is No. 2853 Longhua Road (Longhua Lu). It is open to the public for a fee (10 RMB) which includes incense

(Translated by Google) Eastern Pearl Tower, Shanghai, China At 468 meters high, it was once the tallest structure in Shanghai and is still one of the most beautiful telecommunication towers in the world. In this wonderful structure, visitors can see different views of Shanghai from three wide terraces. Big Ben Tower, London, UK There is nothing new about the Big Ben building that we want to explain, right? Almost this tower and the surrounding landscape are found in most Hollywood movies and is a true symbol of the city of London. This 150-year-old building still amazes us in many structural and building analyzes. World Trade Center No. 1, New York, USA The tower that replaced the New York World Trade Complex after 9/11. Located on New York's Sixth Station, the tower is one of the most controversial buildings in the world. A bold and propaganda move that is a sign that the building is American. Eiffel Tower, Paris, France An industrial exhibition that became a symbol of the city of Paris. Definitely the first tall city symbol to form in your mind and is known as the baby city symbol of a tall building. The moment you enter Paris, you see the tower involuntarily. The tower is 300 meters high and was the tallest structure in the world before the construction of Chrysler New York in 1930. Leaning Tower of Pisa, Pisa, Italy It is the oldest and most fun tower on our list. This structure is not the only crooked building in the world, but it is certainly one of the most famous crooked towers in the world. This building is 56 meters high and due to the loose soil, it has faced the problem of moving sand. This building dates back to 177 years ago. Space Needle Tower, Seattle, USA The Space Needle Tower is a recreational facility located in Seattle, Washington. A tower that is used for recreational purposes and is used as a place to see the scenery of Seattle. Milad Tower, Tehran, Iran The octagonal base of Milad Tower in Tehran is one of the symbols of traditional Iranian architecture that has been used in its design and construction. Exactly the same geometry is included in the upper part of the tower in 12 floors. Milad concrete tower with a height of 315 meters is similar to a chess piece. Milad Tower hosts 100 commercial units, a revolving restaurant, an exhibition and an amphitheater hall for conferences and big concerts. 6 elevators are installed on the three sides of the tower that move 7 meters per second. Petronas Tower, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia The most special twin tower in the world with a bridge that connects the two. Petronas is designed using repetitive geometries based on the repetitive geometries of Islamic architecture. The Petronas Twin Towers are a symbol of Malaysian culture and art. This project is the tallest twin tower in the world, designed by Caesar Perry. Canton Tower, Guangzhou, China The tower is literally complex and is considered by most designers to be an engineering masterpiece. The 595-meter tower has a lot of green space and organic gardens, and has a terrace to view the city at a height of 450 meters. Maitreya Buddha also known as a disciple of Gautama Buddha has a dedicated temple in Shanghai named Longhua Temple. I took the subway line 3 to the Longcao road Subway station and walked around 15 minutes to reach my destination. I could see the Longhua pagoda at a faraway distance, so I was walking towards the right direction. I was relieved to see not much tourist in this location at this time, the tour groups are just arriving the destination. I bought a RMB 10/- ticket to enter. Maitreya hall, Heavenly king hall, Grand hall of the great sage, 3 Sages hall and Abbots hall are the 5 main halls that are arranged along a central north-south pointing axis known as Sangharama Five-Hall Style. The tour groups are pouring in and the crowd was getting bigger and bigger. The groups with old age people were guided by a tour guide carrying a small microphone & a speaker explaining the history of this temple. The announcements passing through the loudspeakers were cutting through the silence of this serene environment. I have a belief that the main beauty of any temple or monastery is the feeling of nature’s silence. Everywhere I look it was the same kind of architecture and design of the buildings; nothing got me excited to make me stay there longer. Searching for something unseen and different I walked towards the nearby Pagoda. It is 40m high and is one of the 16 remaining Pagodas of Shanghai.

Great place to be in the evening, right after sunset. The elevated walkway around downtown area is the best place to view the tower. This is highlight of downtown Shanghai with lots of shopping and dining options and metro nearby. Carry a jacket in winter months. Western dining options a few blocks away. Check out the photos

There are a lot of point of interest, great place to take pictures at and enjoy your afternoon to evening transition. Almost everything is clean and tidy but still you could see people smoking while walking by or even spitting on the sidewalk. Other than that, a nice place to listen to music and watching the scenery of buildings surrounding you.

(Translated by Google) This is a landmark, and many tourists will visit it, and we will also visit it when we travel. And many buildings around here are very famous. I remember that there seemed to be an underground passage on the Bund that could lead to the bottom of the tower. Specifically, I felt that we were actually walking the wrong way. I haven't been to Shanghai for several years. I forgot whether this tower could reach the top of the tower. I remember that I didn't go up. We enjoyed a brief visit to the Temple area. It was very busy during a weekend before Spring Festival, which made it more fun to be there and speak with people. There are several buildings and places were many people were praying or offering respects. In addition to the Temple and buildings there is a small grocery/food store there and a couple of places to shop for buddhist jewelry (beaded bracelets, necklaces, figurines, etc.

In a pleasant park in the southwest area of Shanghai, the splendid Longhua Temple remains one of the oldest religious sites in China. Built along with the nearby 40-meter-tall wood and brick pagoda around 242 AD, this important place of worship was destroyed and rebuilt many times through the centuries, with the present structure dating back to the 10th century. The site is still used for regular Buddhist ceremonies and consists of five large halls, including the Maitreya Hall (Mile Dian) with its large Buddha statue, the Heavenly King Hall (Tian Wang Dian) dedicated to the Four Heavenly Kings, and the Grand Hall of the Great Sage (Daxiong Baodian) with its fine statues and a 16th-century bell. Other highlights include the Bell Tower with an even older, two-meter-tall, five-ton bell from 1382 that is still used on special occasions; the Library with its old manuscripts and ceremonial instruments; and the impressive sight of some 500 gold-painted Luohan Buddhas.

The peace, the smell of incense, the monks going to the prayers and the richness of individual temples are amazing. It is worth going there, even though the journey by subway takes a long time. Admission to the temple is paid but these are some minor symbolic amounts.

(Translated by Google) Here I felt like in China. Shanghai is a very modern city. On the street you can see the otherness compared to Europe only by size. Everything is bigger. In addition, there are many similarities to the US, such as lights placed horizontally and behind the intersection. In Longhua Temple, time flows slower. The oriental climate is complemented by concentration, prayers and incense. You will see here how the Buddhists pray, you will hear singing monks hitting the drums and bells, you will see several pavilions with typical statues. In my opinion, a visit here is obligatory for every tourist seeking contact with the culture and tradition of China. Orientalny klimat dopełniają skupienie, modlitwy i kadzidełka. (Translated by Google) Longhua Temple (Shanghai Pinyin: lhonghhoshi, pronunciation: [lòŋɦőzɿ᷆]) is a Buddhist temple located in Xuhui District, Shanghai, China. After the war, reconstruction and restoration, the construction of the Longhua Temple was built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. One of the four major Buddhist temples in Shanghai. It was built in the Chiwu period of the Three Kingdoms, and was built for filial piety. It was destroyed in the Tang Dynasty and rebuilt in the early Northern Song Dynasty. In the first year of the Northern Song Dynasty, the name was changed to the air phase temple. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, the temple was destroyed again. During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, it was renamed Longhua Temple; in the 32nd year of Jiajing, it was given the name of Wanshou Cihua Temple; during the Wanli Period, it was given the Buddha statue and gold seal of Pilu. During the reign of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty, the 33rd Emperor of the Ming Dynasty was appointed as the abbot of the monasteries. During the Qing Dynasty, Xianfeng and Tongzhi were burned by the soldiers. After the restoration of the vulgar fundraising, the temple was restored from the first year of Guangxu to the 25th year of the Qing Dynasty. Longhua Tower is located outside the Longhua Temple, which is an octagonal brick tower. The total height is seven floors, and each floor is eight sides. According to legend, it was built in the Eastern Wu Dynasty and the existing structure was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. The tower has been renovated many times in history, but a large number of non-Song Dynasty style structures have been added during the renovation of the past. After 1949, these later added structures were successively demolished and reconstructed in accordance with the style of the Song Dynasty, which basically restored the original appearance of the tower. On May 25, 2006, the tower was separately announced by the State Council as the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. The Daxiong Hall houses three golden Buddha statues: Vishnu Buddha, Manjushri, and Samantabhadra. There is an ancient clock inside, which was cast in the 14th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty. In front of the main hall, there are twenty heavens, and after the main hall, the sixteen arhats are worshipped. Behind the Buddha statue of Sakyamuni is an island wall sculpture depicting the statue of a good boy and a picture of the Bodhisattva Guanyin on the island wall. The Three Temples are dedicated to the Buddha statues of Amitabha, Guanyin Bodhisattva and the Great Bodhisattva. In the temple, there are the handwritings of the former Longhua Temple abbot and the first president of the late Chinese Buddhist Association.

(Translated by Google) Shanghai's landmark and broadcasting tower, this place ... A place where people who visit Shanghai go up and down once as a commemoration... However, this means the same thing for the Chinese, so people are always bubbly. Especially when you take the elevator up and down, the waiting time is quite long. Because the cost of simply going up and down is not high It is better to use the rotating buffet inside the oriental pearl. It can be an option. Well, give me some money, eat, and use a dedicated elevator.. If you go out to the observatory, you can also walk on the glass ... I don't really have faith, so I'm anxious but... The glass has never been broken and no one has died, so you can rest assured... There are many good observation decks these days, so rather than seeing the view here Just because I'm in Shanghai, I just need to take a rendmark and think... In addition, there is the Shanghai History Museum on the basement and the first floor, If you've been there, please come and see everything... I like the translation app these days, so you can take a description and turn it into Papago.

Famous Pearl tower. Definitely worth a visit for any tourist to Shanghai. Make sure you have a wide angle lens camera so that you can take a proper picture of the Pearl tower as it is freaking tall and huge and unlikely to be able taken properly in a single shot unless u have an wide angle lens

I came here for the food but not the god, so sorry for being foodie... The canteen is located behind of the temple, they are selling various packaged foods such as bean curd duck, dry noodles, traditional cookies, etc. The canteen is selling very cheap yet delicious vegetarian foods, the most popular among all is the luo Han noodles. It's just rmb15 for the luo han noodles, and you can ask for more noodles with no additional charges, however they provide this for those need help, if you can pay please do. They close at 3.30pm. Do clean up the tables after eating to ease their works. I will definitely come back, for the food. 😜
