Very comfortable rooms and just near by HongQui airport / train station. Breakfast start from 6:00 am is good for business travelers. However, the staff at front desk is quite cold and patientless.

The shops were nice and clean. It was nice to see such a big play area for the kids. The restaurant that my friends and I went to was amazing and delicious. Must visit!

Not bad. The location is newly built with few traffic. Hotel has a small gym and swimming pool which could be better as facilities for 5* hotel. Although it's in front of NECC, it's extremely hard to get there by foot. Walking distance to 3 big shopping mall Free access printer 24/24 Pool until 10pm Gym 24/24

Great hotel with beautiful and clean rooms. Staff speaks and understands English. Breakfast buffet is very good with both Chinese and western dishes of many types. Restaurant is also very good for launch/dinner with a wide selection and fast service. No negatives to speak of.

1. Swimming pool: Clean and nice view but it only has 2 shower booth. 2.Buffet: Crowded, over capacity, very limited foods. Not considered numbers of rooms 3. Front desk: No one get the call from guest room and they told no one person to pick up the phone with limited resources. So that whole the guest have to come to front desk anything required. Haytt manangement may not considered for allocation the people required position for minimum requirement from guest 4. House keeping: They are kind and did their best.

Clean and friendly. Restaurant was very accommodating to my food requirements. Under 10 min walk from the train station if you can find the sky bridge. Don't take a taxi... You will wait in line for 30 min. I made that mistake.

Quite a new hotel in Hongqiao CBD. Rooms are modern, new and well equipped. The in door swimming pool is nice too. However, the lobby, despite nicely decorated, is quiet and cool. The checking process was very slow as only two counters were open. Concierge was non existence.

Great place and quite reasonable. The rooms are really spacious and the food is also quite good. Connectivity wise also it is very convenient, with the main railway station right in front and the metro station also near by. For shopping also very well located with malls within 5 mins of walking distance

Very comfortable stay. Room is compact but yet includes a sofa. Like the warm lighting. Very convenient location from Hongqiao station. Use the overhead bridge and then descend from the staircase and walk along Shenhong Rd. There is no covered linkway to The Hub though. Also, do note that the location shown by Google Map is WRONG. Hotel is located at junction of Shenhong and Yonghong Roads.
