New apartment building, kitchen sink always stink (bad smell from the pipe under the sink). Elevators not function well. Traffic is a big issue.

景觀優美，管委會用心經營讓社區住戶很放心在這生活。生活機能完善。鄰居熱心。物業盡責。二樓有咖啡Bar,水餃很好吃，有朋友住這邊可以來嚐嚐

非常棒的社區，都有有趣的活動，社區向心力很高，很多活動和團購，非常便利，也有很多暖心的捐贈活動，社區住戶感情也都不錯，常常互相幫助，整體來說是素質很高的社區。
