As
far
as
the
room
itself
was
concerned,
it
was
superb!
It
was
absolutely
clean,
well
maintained,
and
more
spacious
than
usual.
The
amenities
were
also
fantastic,
including
24
hours
ready
hot
and
cool
water,
coffee
machine,
huge
bathtub
with
Jacuzzi,
2
choices
of
pillows
and
extremely
comfortable
bed.
The
room
was
well-lighted,
excellent
air-conditioned
and
really
silent.
My
sleeping
quality
was
good.
(My
wife
and
I
stayed
for
5
days.)
However
a
few
incidents
upset
me
a
bit.
First,
a
few
days
before
arrival,
I
sent
a
message
to
enquire
about
the
best
way
to
arrive
at
the
hotel
from
Taoyuan
Airport.
The
reply
was
‘just
take
a
taxi
from
the
airport’.
I
don’t
think
this
was
helpful
and
in
fact
I
didn’t
do
that.
Second,we
arrived
at
around
1:00
pm,
as
usual
we
had
to
leave
our
luggage
before
the
required
check-in
time.
The
hotel
female
staff
member
just
instructed
us
to
hand
in
our
luggage
without
giving
us
a
number
or
whatever
for
identification
when
we
returned.
This
is
not
so
professional.
Third,
before
we
used
the
hotel’s
self-serviced
laundry
service
and
to
ensure
we
didn’t
use
it
wrongly,
we
politely
requested
a
male
staff
member
to
give
us
some
guidance
on
the
buttons
and
washing
powder,
his
expression
was
somewhat
like
‘how
come
you’ve
to
ask
me’
and
he
was
not
willing
to
say
anything.
His
expression
and
body
language
was
quite
AI.
At
the
end,
when
we
used
the
drying
machine
after
finishing
the
washing,
we
turned
to
a
female
staff
member
who
readily
clarified
our
doubts.
Having
said
that,
I’m
satisfied
with
my
stay
in
this
hotel.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
hotel
management
can
enhance
he
staff’s
customer
service
quality,
and
the
hotel
continued
prosperity.
Please
note
that
the
