I
am
shocked
by
yesterday's
incident
at
this
point
of
Żabka,
or
rather
what
happened
in
front
of
the
store
because
I
was
not
allowed
inside
with
two
of
my
friends.
According
to
the
information,
the
store
is
open
until
11
p.m.,
when
we
arrived
at
around
10:45
p.m.
the
door
to
the
store
was
closed.
We
thought
that
the
saleswoman
had
gone
to
the
toilet
somewhere
and
was
about
to
open
the
store.
Unfortunately,
the
lady
inside
deliberately
ignored
us.
We
knocked
on
the
window
and
asked
to
open
it
because
we
wanted
to
pick
up
a
courier
parcel,
where
the
courier
company
assured
us
that
it
would
be
available
for
collection
until
11
p.m.
at
this
point.
Unfortunately,
the
lady,
in
a
very
arrogant
manner
and
speaking
to
us
with
any
lack
of
respect
using
the
"you"
name,
replied
that
she
would
not
open
it
and
because,
as
she
said,
she
was
the
owner
of
this
store,
so
we
would
not
teach
her
how
to
run
her
own
business.
The
lady
claimed
that
she
had
already
cleared
the
money
and
could
not
serve
us.
How
can
I
settle
the
cash
register
when
the
store
is
officially
still
open?
Apart
from
the
fact
that
we
didn't
even
want
to
buy
anything,
we
just
wanted
to
pick
up
a
parcel
that
was
already
paid
for,
so
theoretically
the
lady
wouldn't
even
have
to
open
the
cash
register.
Apart
from
the
lack
of
respect
for
customers,
where
the
lady
couldn't
even
tell
us
to
our
face
and
just
shouted
out
the
window,
we
were
very
upset
because
the
contents
of
this
package
were
urgently
needed
first
thing
in
the
morning
the
next
day.
Additionally,
the
lady
threatened
us
by
saying
that
she
would
call
the
police
because
she
was
currently
counting
money
and
we
were
behind
the
glass
and
she
felt
unsafe.
If
the
store
had
been
open,
we
would
have
been
there
for
maybe
2
minutes
at
most,
but
unfortunately
it
ended
as
it
did...
