The hotel itself is good but the guy in the reception is very rude doesn’t know how to speak to their customers. There was a bald headed guy at the reception who pretended to be racist the way he talked to me and he was judging on the basis of my looks.

CONS: - you reserve a double room and you find a twin (losing time and waiting) - wrong info provided by the reception - I requested to pay the underground parking and they proposed me the street parking only - room given in another building and not in the main one. Would’ve been nice to get the opportunity to choose at the moment of booking - no streaming platforms on tv, nor casting from device PROS: - great breakfast - great facility - great restaurants available underneath the hotel - huge rooms, everything new We will surely come back as we have a business in Krakow and appreciate the value of Accor and their loyalty program.

arrived in a beautiful lobby, waited about 5 minute in the queue and greeted by very helpful and friendly front desk staff who explain everything about the hotel for us. The room is spacious and contemporary style is beautiful, the minibar is available and welcome beer, nuts and gift for kid is a plus surprise we didnt expect. Bed is huge too. Facilities such as swimming pool is suitable for adults and kids, salt cave is top notch quality. The breaksfast provided is also good. Slight inconvenience to move around between two wings of the building however doesnt affect the quality provided by the hotel. Everything has been taken care of.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The property is new and boasts spacious rooms, excellent staff, and fantastic facilities. I do have one suggestion, which is to pay closer attention to booking notes. When I made the reservation for our family, I mentioned in the booking notes that we would need an extra bed for our daughter. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be an additional charge for the extra bed, which is completely understandable. However, if I had been aware of this upfront, I would have booked a larger room from the start, as the price is the same. The room wasn't prepared for three person in advance, but the hotel staff did their utmost to quickly accommodate us and ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you for your efforts.

Gym and Pool are great! Rooms clean and spacious, great breakfast. A little out of the way of the centre of Krakow but a quick tram journey away. Great experience. But important to bear in mind this is a business hotel/ conference area.

The hotel is new with stylish interior, beautiful and cozy spa zone, consists of a different sauna and a jacuzzi (4 saunas and a salt room with pleasant music. Delicious breakfast with different types of meat, cheese, vegetables, fruits and herbs! And you can choose and order various eggs or thin pancakes - they were perfect!

Utopia bar - absolutely great drinks so much love goes into every drink !! Tom the bartender made this whole bar its the reason this bar is so good he is amazing at making drinks iv never had cocktails so good !! Drinks , vibe is all down to tom.. i would come back to poland and stay here just for toms customer service

Upon arrival they only had 1 person to do all the check ins, we had 3 people in front of us so From the moment we arrived to the moment we were checked in was 1.5hrs.We weren't overly impressed with that. We had dinner straight away at the restaurant and that was beautiful food but we went back for buffet breakfast & it was terrible. The fruit looked old and brown, watermelon was inedible, hash browns had a awful taste, sausages all dried up & breads a bit stale. The kitchen is a open kitchen and multiple times I seen kitchen staff wipe their faces/mouth with hands(gloves on) and continue touching food. I also watched a chef chopping up zucchinis into a silver bain that was resting on the garbage bin. Not hygienic at all. The decor and interior design is modern & comfortable. Beds are comfortable however some little things we were disappointed in.They don't include an iron or robes in the room. The fridge doesn't stay cold, we had to take the door panel off the cabinet where the fridge sits. We asked for room service to deliver a iron and 30mins later no iron still. Next day we had to goto reception and ask again if it could be delivered only to be told 2nd floor has a iron and laurodmat. The iron was delivered to my room 30mins later for a single use. Rooms are very quiet, close to supermarkets and many good restaurants is a plus.

This hotel is slightly overrated. The decor is modern and has an impressive main lobby, which gives the impression of a high end hotel. Unfortunately, this is not matched by the service. I received consistently cold and rude service at the front desk, restaurant, and gym attendants. Pool is shared with nearby apartments, so when I went for a swim, I was interrupted by a child’s swimming lesson. There are nicer hotels in Krakow, in more central areas of the city.

The water in my room was cold for two consequent days. Unbelievable to be in a 4 star hotel with cold water, very disappointing, I don’t recommend it. I was on a business trip and the situation was uncomfortable.

Not a 4 star hotel by any means. Service is below average even by Accor standards, feels like hotel staff on different shifts are unable to communicate with eachother causing consistent minor inconveniences which grow to annoy you over time. No bath robe, no washbags/laundry service, empty mini bar and non working fridge the main staples of Mercure hotel.

This hotel in my opinion is way better than the Sheraton. Fabulous new fresh specefull. Very flexible either for business or family vacation. Very clean! Everything you wish to have or need. The front desk p. Karolina p.Klaudia or p. Artur excellent skills to deal with anything you wish or require. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast colorful and tasty for any kind diet restrictions. Swimming pool suitable for everyone. Any one wish or want to visit I recommend 100% regardless you are none polish speaking or having disability any kind. Access is just perfect and friendly for every one! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Delighted with our stay there. The lobby and the hotel in general is very modern and beautiful. The reception is open 24/7 and we went twice for dinner at the restaurant and the food was great, really delicious salmon and beef tenderloins dishes. Also our room was really spacious. The gym and the swimming pool were impeccable and with large opening hours. It’s a bit away from the city but the Uber is very cheap so you’re in the old town for something like 3€. So it was not a problem. The only inconvenience is that the wifi was weak in our room, but that’s unfortunately the case in most hotels. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back if I’m visiting Krakow again.

I was just using hotel’s swimming pool and my review is related only to this facility. Me and my small son went to the swimming pool as the facility is advertised as suitable for children from day one. The system with the bracelets is pretty complicated and we weren’t explained how it works so we had to go back and forward to the pool reception for clarification. We paid for one hour and got 20 min to dry and leave which is not enough for an adult and child to leave the changing room (an hour wouldn’t be enough to dry your hair with hairdryers provided so basically you dry your child and you leave soaking wet or you got charged extra for staying longer). Hover the biggest downfall is about extremely slippery floor on the swimming pool section. My son fall on it at last 4 times and not running just walking. I saw other children falling this is not anti slippery floor be aware. It’s a serious hazard on this fancy, beautiful, new property and just calling for a disaster.
