Very nice and convenient place, clean and quiet. The food is also very good but you wait too long before they serve you. Waiteresses are very nice but need to improve the quality of service.

Not at all professional about this restaurant. The soft and burnt fries as if cooked by a shawarma from the Dakar suburbs. A servant obviously without any knowledge of catering converted into a waitress! The manager, seated in the dark at the back of the room with friends, barking out recommendations between mouthfuls. All this, in the deafening crackle of a television tuned to tv5 monde. At the end, handing him back an almost full plate, I was expecting a "sorry, didn't you like it?" From the waitress, I got a "did you eat well?" blandly delivered.

Restaurant not currently operational. It would be good to inform potential customers of the vacancy period. It was there that my colleagues and I noticed that it was closed.

Food was good. Nice staff. Nice atmosphere. Decent bathrooms. Almost gave it 3 stars cause both times we went we waited for our food and bill what seemed to be a while.

Restaurant Makari is one of the best places to eat in Ziguinchor! Their big menu offers plenty of variety for people seeking local cuisine or more French-Western inspired entrées. The restaurant is very clean and the design is appealing as well. My only complaint is that the food takes a lot of time. I would not recommend this place if you are in a rush.
