I’ve been 2x when it was under club interwest brand - the view is crazy beautiful, the rooms are so clean and spacious - I’ve stayed in 2 bed room and 3 bedroom I believe - both ocean view and honestly if I could live there I would! We are going back this time as a family in November and I can’t wait for our 2 week stay here !!

This place is an absolute dream! Our rooms gave us an amazing view of the beach and we even got upgraded to have an extra large balcony. The staff is really attentive to you and will learn your name in order to address you personally. Alfredo, David, and Eloy are the best! They made sure my family and friends were always taken care of and were absolute gems. The resort was beautiful, but the staff is what really made our trip even more special. We had their lunch every day . Their lunch menu is simple but delicious . My wife and I drank a fair amount so along with lunch every day our total bill was about 150 Canadian per person. For the week. The fact that you didn't have to break the bank to get a cocktail literally kept as happy every day from 11am to 5pm. Their hotel is on the best beach in the area Playa Ropa which doesn't hurt. For dinner we went elsewhere to explore the area which is very nice and rich in Options. Swim up bar at “Bugle Hour” (think happy hour but they announce it with a real bugle horn!) was an absolute riot and we made many life long friends (Susan, Gwen, and Peter we’ll see you next year!) Going into town is fun but be wary of the hills! Next time we’ll shuttle back, because these legs were barking let me tell ya (and my wife and I do yogalates 4x a week). First time visiting after 25 years as an intrawest/Embarc member. Can't believe I waited this long!!! Zihuatanejo is magical, the bay is sooooo beautiful and peaceful with no large resorts to overwhelm the local ambiance. The timeshare is in excellent shape with no issues whatsoever. We will be back very soon!!!!
