Disappointing
Experience
Due
to
Waiter's
Poor
Service.
I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
with
the
service
provided
by
one
of
your
waiters
(called
Peter)
during
my
recent
visit.
I
visited
Furkotka
as
I
wanted
to
enjoy
a
delightful
dining
experience.
However,
our
encounter
with
the
waiter
left
us
with
a
sour
taste
that
overshadowed
an
otherwise
enjoyable
afternoon.
Upon
being
seated
at
our
table,
we
were
greeted
by
the
waiter,
who
seemed
disinterested
and
lacked
any
warm
welcoming
gesture.
The
initial
lack
of
enthusiasm
set
the
tone
for
the
entire
afternoon.
We
had
high
expectations
for
Furkotka,
and
unfortunately,
those
expectations
were
not
met
due
to
the
lack
of
professionalism
displayed
by
the
waiter
(not
just
with
us,
but
also
with
the
family
who
sat
next
to
us).
It
was
7
of
them
and
they
wanted
to
add
an
extra
chair,
as
there
were
only
6
chairs
(the
table
next
to
them
was
free,
hence
they
took
an
extra
chair)
and
Peter
strictly
refused
this
action
and
was
so
rude.
We
sat
at
the
large
table,
where
there
was
only
one
person
sitting
on
one
side
and
he
kindly
agreed
we
can
sit
with
him
(as
we
wanted
to
sit
on
the
sunny
side).
When
the
waiter
arrived,
his
reaction
was
shocking!
He
told
us
he
can't
set
two
bills
for
one
table
with
such
an
attitude
(like
we
are
criminals),
hence
I
suggested
we
are
happy
to
pay
straightaways
when
we
make
an
order.
This
should
not
have
be
an
issue
and
should
have
been
his
suggestion,
not
ours.
To
improve
the
overall
dining
experience,
I
suggest
the
following:
Conduct
thorough
training
sessions
for
all
staff
members,
with
an
emphasis
on
hospitality
and
attentiveness
towards
customers.
Encourage
waitstaff
to
be
more
proactive
in
attending
to
customers'
needs,
ensuring
they
feel
valued
and
attended
to
throughout
their
visit.
Implement
regular
evaluations
and
feedback
mechanisms
to
monitor
staff
performance
and
identify
areas
for
improvement.
I
genuinely
hope
that
my
feedback
will
be
taken
into
consideration
to
rectify
the
issues
I
encountered
during
my
visit.
I
believe
in
the
potential
of
Furkotka
to
deliver
exceptional
dining
experiences,
and
addressing
this
concern
will
only
enhance
your
reputation
as
a
top-notch
establishment.
