Nice, large, clean, friendly shop and great customer service. Takes time and extra care with my mother who is elderly and suffers with Alzheimer's. Mechelle Briscoe is an awesome stylist who makes her clients comfortable and relaxed.

Paid 250 for this went back to get the hair extensions fixed after it fell out from one side and all she did was put it back on the spot it was hanging and not level it where it was before i have long pieces of string i can hardly hide from one side of my head, got it colored all black but the color is already fading from my real hair, I wouldn’t recommend this place

I had a very surreal experience at Hair Works. The ladies are so nice. I was greeted at the door by Angela who did my hair, she fixed what another salon messed up. She is so sweet I couldn't believe it & she did an exalent job. I will be returning in a few months for a trim. I love the environment you walk into. I'd give more starts if I could. We are from out of town, needed a place to do our hair, we had a wedding that day. I called last minute thinking we were not going to be able to get anybody and explained to Julie our situation and that we were in Sunnyside for the wedding. She was so professional and caring, got us a spot during her lunch hour without hesitation. She didn’t have time to eat. My granddaughter was so happy with her hair and me too!!’ Wonderful place, beautiful people!!
