You could tell these tacos were made with love. He has a small specific menu which is amazing because then you know he is dedicated to each meat and spends time perfecting it. I got the lengua, tripe, asada, and adobada! Best tacos in Yakima! Would totally recommend.

I moved to Hawaii 4 years ago, and I think about Ariel’s taco truck at least 3 times a day…that is how much I miss the food & service. I have been eating at Ariel’s since I was in high school (2007ish), and it is still my favorite taco truck in Yakima. Delectable food, amazing service & great memories here. Every time I go home, Ariel’s is a MUST! Yakima is blessed to have such amazing food for an affordable price. Hawaii doesn’t have anything remotely close and it is heart breaking, lol.

Great food and great service! We were just passing through during a 7 hour car trip. We had 14 people in our group and were surprised at how fast our food was done, while still being delicious. I would definitely stop by here again.

This is my favorite taco place in town. Miguel is always very nice and the tripe tacos are awesome. Definitely a place to have a good lunch or dinner. Prices are good, food is great. 100% recommended.

Decent tacos and very friendly service. Limited menu. Tortillas are tiny, making it hard to add toppings, but meat filling was normal amount for a larger tortilla. Horchata could use more cinnamon and less sugar. Hubby's torta was only ok. Bread heavy and could have used more filling. If you want street tacos with authentic flavor, this is a good choice. It's clear that's what they do. The chicken was definitely the star.

The only taco "truck" I'll eat at in town. The food is bomb, the prices are cheap, and the cook/owner is amazing!! He's super nice and thoughtful.

The Fresas Con Crema is WOW! Portions are huge, everything was cooked perfectly, the torta bun was soft but grilled toasty. Service was fantastic and quick. Was cheaper then McDonald's for the 2 of us, but so much better tasting.

The best food in town. I tell everyone about this place. My family and I always choose Ariel's when we choose our favorite place to eat. Everything is Amazing. My go to is 4 pork tacos and a torta with extra guacamole. I think im going to go there tomorrow.

My favorite taco spot in town hands down. I usually have to pick it up on my lunch break and I've never ran late because everything comes out hot, delicious, and fast.

The best place in town for tacos hands down idc what you say but if you haven't tried Ariel's chicken tacos then I suggest u stop on by and give em a try cos u can't knock it til u try it just don't blame me when u fall in love and can't stop goin back but aside from the chicken tacos the beef (asada) tacos are devine also and his green salsa OMFG!!!!! NO ONE and I mean NO ONE makes green salsa like this guy and to wash it all down he has the traditional and amazing rice water (horchata) man I need to pay this place another visit like tomorrow for sure lol

Miguel makes the best tacos in town! Whenever I’m craving tacos, specifically adobada, this is the place to go. I’ve been coming here since me and my friends were in high school and he was cooking in the food truck. The food and service has always been great.

The owner is very nice, almost immediately gets your order going once you get there. Hardly a wait on service. Tables are clean, service awesome, food amazing!

Was on the search for some good tacos and ran into this place, no regrets. Its always great supporting small businesses which in my opinion are always the best joints! Friendly staff, seems like only 1 person working but quick service and menu simple just the way a taco place should be! Definitely somewhere to check out!

Place was nice. Tacos were good. My wife’s favourite was the Tripa then the Adobado. My favourite were the Adobado then the Asada.

Owner is always friendly. Always remember me no matter if it's been a week or years before I come back. Best tacos and tortas around in my opinion. I always go back for my taco fix. Glad he's got a real building. I try to go once a week for those down to earth goodness

Delicious tacos. Simple menu, just the basics, done very well. Lengua - especially - was perfect. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because service was slow (1 gentleman taking calls, cashiering, & cooking!)
