One of the best vegetarian South Indian cuisine restaurants in Bahrain. The taste is very good and service has mostly been very fast everytime I've been here. I have been visiting this place for years now and some of my favourites are Chilly Parota, Kotthuparota and all the dosa varieties. Getting parking can be quite tricky so best to park a few blocks away and walk.

Good for veg lovers and one of the best restaurant. Their foods are tasty and fresh. But but but…. Dear Gowri Krishna, please change your damaged and old steel plates. It’s way too old and damaged. Other than that all ok, even the price . It’s not cheap but good and average. We love to come here again and again.

Amazing South Indian styled Restaurant... With real yummy food. Smooth n Quick service... Since its at full capacity most of the time. This time around, ordered their Chilli Parotta, Pongal, Mini-Tiffin, Home Dosa n coffee; Totally in love their Chilli parotta which is always hot n crispy with curd n onion salad & right quantity. The Pongal, though low in quantity was high in quality. The Mini Tiffin which had a touch of everything; small pcs of idli cut up n soaked in sambar, Poori n kuruma, Masala Dosa with potato baaji, chutney, vada and sweet (we got Kesaari). Though I'm not a big fan of Home dosa, I was assured that it tasted good. The Filter coffee was strong n tasty. Real downer to everything was the Tomato chutney that was a bit raw. All in all had a good time. Only 4 stars because the accessibility is terrible. The restaurant does not have their own parking. Which makes it a hassle if you aren't early or U haven't planned ahead.

One of the best south Indian food serving restaurant in Bahrain. They have many varieties. They taste, quality and quantity of food is good. We had Idli, mini tiffin, masala dosa in our last two visits. In our last both visits, we found it flooding with customers and delivery orders. Wait time was more due to rush. Also they can improve on parking space as they don't have their own designated parking and the area where it is located is always full with authorised parking spaces. ps. Over crowded on weekends and staffs are not bothered of managing the situation.. BTW, food is too good and tasty.. fast served and not over priced.. There should be a management to control the crowd and arrange seats for the waiting customers.. situation is disgusting that people are waiting near us whole we are eating and waiting for us to leave the desk..

One of the famous south indian food spot. Waiting time for food is less. Would recommend having their breakfast platter or grand meal if going morning time. It is sufficient for one adult n a kid. Ours included idli dipped sambar poori n veg curry , chutneys one masala dosa not very small but medium size. Also kesari type sweet. Filter coffee was awesome that reminds of Chennai. Which you should try. Kids have boost n Horlick options.

One of the best south indian restaurants in Bahrain enjoyed every bite, I had grand tiffin and poori channa. The grand tiffin they provide is a very good option if you are for the time and reasonable price also and the mini coffee was so cute. Poori channa is must try, the channa was very rich in taste and I loved it. Overall a relaxed dinner time with family, hygiene and tasty food. But parking is the only issue better to park somewhere near and walk.

Food taste is good, but now a days they r serving not so fresh, cold foods. Owner is decent nd polite guy but some of his staffs are very arrogant and idiots. Had a very bad experience, I will never go this shop further. Earlier was a frequent visitor of this restaurant since last many years.

Visited with family for morning breakfast on Friday and found the restaurant is fully packed and needs some waiting time. the Breakfast is excellent in taste and will get all type of South Indian Vegetarian food. Money worthy.

Food is good but not value for money. Its too costly and portion is small. One can enjoy same quality of food at almost half the price at Vrindabaan Restaurant which is near the Sacred Heart Church. Central Cafe is also a good place.

Reminded me of small town Tamil Nadu restaurants, a very nostalgic feeling. The taste was exactly like the restaurants i would visit with my parents during road trips to temple towns. Apart from the usual dishes, we also liked the innovative items like cauliflower dosa. I do wish they served on normal plated instead of disposables.. It feels bad generating so much plastic waste for one meal.

Had dinner from here after 6 long years and they tasted exactly same or even better. Paneer and cauliflower dosas is exceptional. Tried Rava dosa for first time and it was equally good. Chole bature was great, chole tasted quite different with the addition of coconut and it was the best chole I ever had. Coffee was too small but I would easily have another as the taste and price was good. Sides were delicious too. Sad about the fact that I had to cross the border to find good South Indian food. Finally got Ghee peda and Oh my god I can’t describe it enough , not too sweet and melt in mouth texture. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!!

Most of the north Indian dishes they prepare is tasteless and very bad to eat, No doubt that it is a good restaurant for the south Indian dishes….. If you are a fan of North Indian dishes, I never recommend to have food here…
