Stayed end September 2022. Booked room: Deluxe double room for 1 adult. I stayed here for 2 night's. (wish it were more). Here's why: THE GOOD STUFF : Booked room: Deluxe double room. Amazingly aesthetically pleasing hotel. Personalized, modern and an allround comfortable hotel. The breakfast was of high quality, brought to your room on a wooden tray with an egg dish to your wishes. Comfy bathrobes, slippers, a full on kitchen with accessoires and a modern upstairs chill area. They had it all. The level of cleanliness was up to a high standard. I did not use the restaurant/bar. Location is good, in a regular neighborhood, about 7-10 minutes walking distance from the metro station Katehaki. There is a 24-hour minimarket a a bit further in the street if you need something. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception was open 24/7 during my stay. They welcomed me, and walked me to my room, even at a late arrival of about 03:30 AM which was good for a small hotel! LITTLE FEEDBACK: The shower was nice, but a bit awkwardly + too low placed in the cabin. Also the “divider” is too small since the water ended up everywhere. (In my room at least). Because it is so new I would love them to install doorstops for the doors in the room, and a hook for a handtowel in the bathroom to keep the gorgeous interior in a good state! Love this place. Spacious, modern rooms. Breakfast on this roof is fantastic with a larger variety and friendly service. Not located in the center but in a residential neighborhood which is nice, only 20 mins from city center.

Pros -Pleasant design. -Outstanding housekeeping performance; however, rooms cleaning was done late after 15H when one usually returns from visits or work. -Comfy bed, excellent quality of towels and linen. -Staff positive attitude. -Location: safe facilities with direct access to highways , fast lanes, metro and northern suburbs, plenty of restaurants fast food and premium ones towards Neo Psychiko, top pastry shops (PAVLIDIS) and excellent take away (MASATI) Cons -Come on ...booked multiple nights and got as a "welcome reward" an average hospitality delivery i.e .: "shrinked" and narrow bed room : sink design lamp was out of order 5/5 days... hmmm excellent for shaving! - The permanently glowing (!) a/c control panel ...requires a "guest's special training" and misses a light dimmer , which may be very disturbing for light speepers.The same concern (disturbing intrusive light) applies to the uncovered space under the room door -Only greek channels on the room TV -Breakfast with fresh orange juice and well served fruit salad, was basic. Service for coffee or eggs order takes a lot of time when you are on a rush . Repetitive treats every morning,same blant cake, industrial frozen croissants or cheese or ham cuts .Breakast room and terrace are top! Small frankfurt sausages not adequate for an english or US breakfast. Missing a toaster for bread

Such a beautiful new hotel! The aesthetic is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious, stylish and comfortable. Location was great and about an 8 minute walk to the nearest metro. A lot of great coffee shops and restaurants close by. The staff was wonderful and helped with everything. The best thing was the breakfast. It was amazing, so tasty and delicious. Eggs made to order and fruits, yogurt, bread, granola ect right delivered to your door in the morning. It was the best part for me indeed. I wish I could have stayed longer. Pricing is perfect for what you get. 10/10 recommend this awesome new hotel.

Pretty, efficient and comfy (especially with kids The hotel is very well designed. It's pretty and has very efficient use of space despite rather small rooms. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our group. The rooms have a kitchenette and were very smooth with having a toddler and needing to wash bottles and so on... The breakfast is rather basic. The walk to the metro is close but the way back is a rather steep uphill walk for about 8 min.

Awesome hotel, amazing value for money, delicious breakfast with amazing view on the city. Fully equipped kitchen, small swimming pools in ground floor rooms, very comfy bed. Very cosy and modern design of rooms. 23 minutes to the airport. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with interesting room layout. It was very clean and staff was friendly. The room did not have a safe (or none that I was able to find). It’s in a quiet residential area, but a little removed from popular attractions in Athens

10 min walk from metro station. Interior decor is amazing and they made efficient use of the the small rooms. Each room has almost full utilities, oven, microwave, kitchen sink... Despite its small size. The furniture looks very new and clean. Staff are friendly.

Cute hotel in residential area. The rooms are quite nice (on a smaller size) but efficient. Very well designed hotel. Could improve by adding few things( laundry service and maybe a pool). The breakfast room upstairs on 4th floor is really nice. Nick at receptions and Arcgis at the breakfast restaurant were really helpful! Be sure to grab dinner early If you plan to stay in the hotel since a lot of restaurants close early. But delivery option is always available.

Spacious and modern rooms with mini fridge and coffee machine. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. Walking distance from restaurants, coffee places, metro and grocery shops.

It's a good experience. Checkin was smooth. Breakfast was amazing got lot of options staff helped to pick out the best dish. The staff attention during Breakfast was outstanding that I have never experienced before. We stayed for 2 days from our eid holidays thank for making our holiday memorable

An amazing experience. Pleasant environment. Friendly behavior. Large comfortable apartments. Close proximity to the metro station and even the city center. Ideal for prolonged stays for business, but even for holidays. We enjoyed immensely the roof garden with Argiris and Kostas trying to accommodate our every wish, adding to the breathtaking view. Superb breakfast! A superb value-for-money choice! We are looking forward to our next visit!

Good hotel with very complete rooms, better said, apartments. The decoration is minimalist, the service is nice and the service is good. As you have your own apartment, with your own balcony in most cases, the room service is every two days, unless you ask for a daily maintenance. The restaurant is ok, the breakfast menu is a bit limited.

Great hotel Completely new. Very minimalistic and practical. Not too many rooms - so no noise. People are super nice. Breakfast is ok. Enough choices to find something to eat. Good coffee (not filter sh*t) orange juice is freshly made… The only “less nice” thing is the location. It’s in the middle of residential streets - not really in the center. But you have a metro at walking distance - about 15min. - about halfway between the airport (20 min) and center city Really recommend it.
