Nakama is a cosy sushibar in Athens. Food: The sushi is very fresh, as you can see we ordered the dragonroll, spicy salmon and a plate of traditional sushi’s. Eventhough salmon is not the traditional sushi I think you get the point. Service: The girl that helped us was very polite and worked quick. We didn’t needed much things but she did came by to ask us how everything was going. Very thoughtful! Atmosphere: The sushibar is cute and the interior design is nice, they play Kpop music here and other asian music. I liked it! Conclusion: If you ever find out you are craving sushi when visiting Greece then this is the place to go! Thankyou team Nakama, if I ever come back to Athens then I would definitely visit again.

I am not a huge fan of sushi. I ve had sushi a few times, usually as take away and I always think that at the end of a meal I would still be hungry. Nakama is a nice place. It's in the very centre of Athens but in a quiet cross road and pedestrian where you are protected from the traffic noise. The service is excellent. The prices are modest - even more so when taking into account the location which is considered upscale. The food is fresh and tasty. A wide variety of plates and recipes all carefully served, looking impressive, with 30-40 euros two persons can have a decent dinner including something to drink. I no longer live in Athens but as I m a frequent visitor it's nice that I stopped by Nakama again after years. It remains as good as I remember it and this is a good reason to eat sushi more often.

Value for money sushi spot with large portions and low prices. Actual sushi is over-loaded with unnecessary sauces but still, somehow tasty. Dragon roll merely had any eel, but other rolls were ok. Restaurant is a bit cramped but service is quick. Better reserve a table before. Anyway, a restaurant that is better for delivery rather than dine in.

Restaurant looks nice and clean. The waiter was friendly. The Salmon & Tuna nigiri were fresh but not so strong in taste. Shrimp ones were great. All in all the sushi was good, for what you can find in Athen.

While the sashimi and tartare were fresh and tasted good, the wakame salad was fishy, all rolls came warm (warm rice) and had too much rice and little fish and the spicy mix was not spicy at all.

Overall ok sushi, the tuna nigiri wasn’t good and the color of the fish was a bit too dark and had a funny taste. The Wakame salad was on point, the rainbow roll was pretty good, shrimp tempura roll a classic cannot go wrong with that, the black mamba was interesting because of the black rice, the mango twist had way too much sauce same as the spicy shrimp.

Used to order every week. Ordered today and they said it'd take 45 minutes. It took 90. There's a point after which a simple apology means little. It's a pity cause we really enjoyed the place.

Small place, simply decorated with indoor and outdoor seats. We ordered a lot of plates and all were delicious and fresh. Restrooms were very clean and the staff was polite. I wanted only a little help with the plates selection. Prices are more than reasonable!

Friendly staff and lots of tasty choices. Tasted fresh which is the most important factor. The decoration and the whole atmosphere its ok but lacks of refinement. It could be also either a little cheaper or the plates more filling. We spent about 50€ two persons and I could easily eat more.

Very tasteful everything I have tried, sushi was fresh and tasteful especially the spicy one! Stuff was polite and tried to serve us fast and was also very helpful, explaining the sushi plates.. I recommend you to try this place if you like 🍣

Very nice place, good staff and good food but i just can't ignore the delivery guys walking in and out of the place. Not that its bad by any means but it ruins that exclusive atmosphere the place is trying to achieve.

Generally the taste is all right. But too greasy for me as they used lots of avocado. I also feel the salmon they used is not fresh enough. The service is good. They are honest and will provide a bottle of tap water, that is quite lack for the restaurants in Athens…

We didn't expect to grab sushi from greece but when we walked by this place it looked great and was packed! We came back later that evening and had a great time. The staff got us a cute little table despite having no reservation, and we had a lovely time with our meal. The rolls were affordable and much larger than expected, and it was nice to see how much effort they put into the presentation. The appetizers were lovely and the staff was quick to bring things out to us. If we're ever back in town I'm sure this place will be at the top of our list!

The worst sushi I’ve ever tasted. If you can’t cook the rice properly, don’t make sushi. This place used to be decent, but now its sushi is of very low quality. Also, the customer service was poor. We called the store, but they completely ignored our issue, saying that ‘they had never heard that before’. DO NOT reccomend, there are so much better sushi restaurants in Athens.

Stopped by for a salmon and grilled eel nigiri. Both were simple, fresh, delicious and plated well. I thought the eel was particularly fresh and well prepared. Service was excellent. Great value!

Truly a treasure within Athen’s alleys. Our food experience was phenomenal and the place was quiet, modern and aesthetic.

This restaurant was a gem to find while travelling in Athens. We ordered four different types of rolls and everything was fresh and vibrant. The staff was also very friendly, inviting and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are craving sushi!

You must try to visit this place if you are a "sushi lover". This place is better than you can see in maps. The only fresh sushi in town. Best creamy washabi that goes very well with sushi... You can taste fresh tuna,salmon, skate & shrimp either in rolls or tartare. The best choise you can have for price and quality...Nakama th e best sushi in Athens.!!!!!!!!!!!

Really nice sushi value for money 🍱 They had a lot of vegetarian options, vegan ones and also a vegan combo that I see for the first time in a sushi place here in Athens. The desserts were not something special 🙄 Not pictured here but the Virgin Mary (or something like that) sushi was also delicious 🤤

It was okay, but the fish weren't very fresh.

Fantastic food. Really beautiful. Melt in the mouth salmon, crunchy fresh seaweed salad, some of the best vegetable make my daughter has ever had. And the prices are amazing. We had 8 dishes and a drink each for €44.50. Also very good service. We are so impressed and will return!

The service was simply unacceptable. We had reservations and at the time we arrived at the restaurant they proposed to us to either be seated outside (it was December) or to leave. When we replied that we had reserved a table, the reply was that "we should have specified that we do not want to be seated outside". I can understand that mistakes can be made, however the impoliteness of the servers was simply striking. Sadly I cannot attest to the cuisine as we simply decided to leave. The overall experience was disappointing.

nothing was fresh all the suhsi was falling apart. service was very slow and the table next to us were also not satisfied. used to be one of my favorite restaurant 3 years ago but unfortunately, the quality is ruined.
