amazing.
Learning
how
your
body
works
and
being
educated
with
the
SymFit
program.
The
program
is
not
just
for
those
in
pain
as
myself
but
to
keep
you
from
injury.
Learning
how
to
properly
sit,
stand,
walk,
bend
your
body.
I
had
a
hard
time
moving
my
hips
at
the
beginning
of
January
we
are
now
at
the
beginning
of
February
and
I
can
stand
tall,
walk
and
move
my
hips
almost
pain
free.
The
work
is
90%
you;
10%
Todd
and
Jenn
helping
you
learn
what
you
need
to
do
at
home,
motivate
you
to
be
better,
movement
and
use
the
in-house
machines.
There
is
also
the
videos
you
have
at
home
to
keep
you
on
track.
I’m
47
prior
to
seeing
Todd;
body
felt
like
80
and
I
was
OTC
pain
medication
all
day.
Now
I
feel
and
look
younger
with
little
or
no
OTC
medication.
I’m
so
grateful
to
be
reminded
that
the
body
doesn’t
want
to
be
in
pain

just

to
know
and

get

there.
