    I started the SymFit program in November 2020 and have made good progress towards my goals of reducing back pain and regaining stability in my lower spine. The SymFit approach helps me to restore neutral spine alignment in my daily movements and activities. Access to the online workout videos makes it easy for me to perform the various workouts each day. By combining diet modifications at the same time, I’m losing weight which further helps me in engaging and strengthening my abdominal muscles. I always feel great after Todd’s physical therapy sessions and Jen is awesome with the workout instructions and encouragement! I highly recommend the SymFit PT and fitness program.

    Todd Ball and SymFit are amazing. Learning how your body works and being educated with the SymFit program. The program is not just for those in pain as myself but to keep you from injury. Learning how to properly sit, stand, walk, bend your body. I had a hard time moving my hips at the beginning of January we are now at the beginning of February and I can stand tall, walk and move my hips almost pain free. The work is 90% you; 10% Todd and Jenn helping you learn what you need to do at home, motivate you to be better, movement and use the in-house machines. There is also the videos you have at home to keep you on track. I’m 47 prior to seeing Todd; body felt like 80 and I was OTC pain medication all day. Now I feel and look younger with little or no OTC medication. I’m so grateful to be reminded that the body doesn’t want to be in pain you just have to know and trust the right people to get you there. Thanks to Todd and his SymFit system I’ll always be happy I took the first step.

    I have had lower back issues for many years (L4, L5, S1). Tried literally everything but surgery; numerous PT, dry needling, massage, chiro, traction and finally injections. Everyone said they were the best. Certainly that was not the case. Then a friend referred me to Todd at SymFit. I was skeptical at first, due to the past. Well I have been working with Todd and Jen for a few months and my symptoms are much better and I am learning how to correct things one my own and what needs to be done if I have a set back. Todd and Jen are very knowledgeable and an incredible team. Todd really wants his clients to get better and he will spend the time needed to help. I am completely satisfied with the results and would recommend SymFit to anyone. Back issues are the worst and the SymFit team will do whatever is needed to get you on the correct path to recovery.

    I came to Symfit having had nearly every medical option fail to relieve my lumbar pain. After just a few months, I can lift weights again and have learned to care for my back. Their program did more for me than any other option before. Also, they are just incredible people to work with and know. They truly care about you and your recovery. So happy to have them!!!!! Cannot recommend enough- tell all my friends about it and have passed along lots from their program. Hard not to share!!

    After 9 surgeries including 3 neck fusions it is safe to say I have had just about every type of physical therapy and modality (range of motion, stretching, mobility, accupuncture, trigger point, massage, electro stim, red light, pulsed magnetic wave, injections, heat packs, cold packs...you name it I have had it) I can honestly say that meeting Todd and Jen and going through the SymFit program has been life altering. Not only do they address the acute issues but their techniques get at the underlying causes and help you to help yourself. If you want a massage and a warm compress go to your traditional PT provider. If you want to get better and have a higher quality of life go to the best... SymFit.

    I first came to Symfit several months ago looking for help obtaining relief from back and leg pain caused by sciatica. I feel fortunate to have found this practice which has provided the physical therapy to help relieve the pain and an exercise program to help me strengthen my body. I feel like my core muscle strength , balance , and over all physical fitness have greatly improved since starting the Symfit program. I especially like that this is a program I can do at home with minimal need for special equipment. Todd and Jenn are wonderful therapists, teachers, and motivators. I feel they have provided me with tools to not only help the sciatica but also to enable me to prevent possible future physical problems. Susan Piper

    SymFit is an amazing place to be for physical therapy and functional fitness. I was referred by my doctor as an effort to try to ward off back surgery and due to a herniated disc. Todd was incredible and I'm happy to say that I was able to get my back issue under control and am happily living my life again, pain free. I continue to go to Todd for maintenance + classes and honestly consider the program a life saver. I've recently brought my sister in to see Todd who is going through brain injury rehab and although neurological issues are not a specialty of the office, Todd and Jen have used their same strategies of manual adjustments coupled with functional movements to help her move forward in a tremendous way with strengthening, better walking, and balance after having been in the hospital for 3 months. SymFit is a gem and Todd is truly an expert in what he does and I continue to recommend him religiously!

    I have been working with Todd Ball for over 3 months now and the results I have seen are undeniable. I have received nothing but support from the SymFit instructors and am forever grateful for their help through my rehabilitation process. Due to COVID we have been restricted to mainly virtual sessions, and we have been able to communicate and work together without any problems. I highly recommend the SymFit program for anyone looking for physical therapy, it has been one of the best decisions I ever made.

    Todd and Jen are the best! I came to Symfit after 12 years of chronic jaw issues and Todd was not only able to properly assess the problem but was able to help get me back to a place of health! Working with Todd and Jen helped me to learn how to maintain proper spine alignment and I feel healthier overall as a result. They are highly competent and knowledgeable as well as positive and fun to work with!

    I been working with Todd and Jennifer over the last year. Their program is allowing me to return (pain free) to my exercise program and sports. Wish I found them twenty years ago. Everyone should be attending SymFit. Added benefit: My doctor recently commented on my posture. She rarely see patients with correct form and was delighted to see mine. She is using me as a "role model" with other patients. Again, I owe this all to Todd's Symfit approach !!!

    As a busy mom with 4 little kids I have had chronic back pains for years. After working with Todd at Symfit I am finally living without back pain! Todd's adjustments are amazing, and his knowledge of back health is second to none. My busy schedule doesn't allow visits to the center as often as I'd like, but the Symfit TV has been a great tool to help me continue my progress with strengthening exercises and self corrections. I would definitely recommend Symfit ans Symfit TV!

    SymFit Skype sessions are a game changer! I was referred to Todd while on a trip to Colorado for PRP injections. I had my first session with him in person while I was in town and because they offer Skype sessions I am able to continue to working with Todd from the comfort of my home in Washington. I am amazed how he can see when I break neutral spine alignment while exercising and it has been very useful to have his input to if I am doing my exercises correctly and to receive personalized tips! I also love the added support of their workout videos. The SymFit program has been life changing as I am learning how to work out and move through my daily activities in a way that does not cause me additional pain. So grateful to have found SymFit!     i have been struggling with back pain for several years now. Primarily in my mid back. It was having a significant impact on my ability to sleep and overall quality of life. To be honest I wasn't very hopeful that SymFit could help me but I was so desperate I was willing to try anything. Todd has me working on improved posture and stabilizing my core. While I still have a ways to go I am so optimistic about my long term results. I am sleeping 70% better. My job requires I sit at a computer and that is improving as well. The great thing for me is while the PT I am doing is challenging, I can do it at home and it takes about 20 minutes. I am hopeful that I can even get back to playing golf this summer.

    I was rear-ended in a car accident earlier this year and endured whiplash. For months, I experienced constant pain in my neck and shoulder, headaches and low energy. All of this was effecting my sleep, fitness routine, work and social life. I was referred to SymFit PT and I am very grateful. Todd is a gifted physical therapist and he helped me regain more mobility in my neck and shoulder so that I can go back to the things I love doing. The combination of Todd's bodywork and the exercises that Jen helped me learn have helped me adjust my posture in a way that does not load my neck or lower back whether I am working out, walking around or sitting. Thank you Todd and Jen!
