I went to my first yoga class at Sunny Isle last week and loved it! The studio itself is really nice and the teacher was so kind and welcoming. I haven’t been to an in-person class since before COVID and I didn’t realize how much I missed the studio experience. I did a month membership for new students and I’m excited to try more classes!

Sacred Men’s Circle- Kirk Anderson I have rarely had such a spiritual, loving, kind and compassionate experience than with the sacred men’s circle. It is magical, revealing and aligns my heart for the entire month. I look forward to it every opportunity it is available. SOL Yoga is the ONLY studio I am aware of that is doing this. As someone who identifies as male there are few opportunities to explore the masculine and feminine qualities found in a men’s only circle. I thank you deeply and compassionately!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this studio while on vacation in Colorado and it was amazing! I took Meditation and Strength and Confidence classes with Mimi and both classes were absolutely wonderful. The studio is beautiful and peaceful and all the people there seem to have a great yoga community.

A true place of healing! Lots of different types of classes and workshops to meet my fluctuating needs. All of the instructors are awesome and probably the most welcoming community I’ve ever experienced at a studio since starting my practice in 2006. It’s awesome and life changing, you should go! Oh - and they offer free organic CBD samples to enjoy before or after class and that’s awesome too!

Every class here affects me positively. The teachers are great. If you’re looking for a place that values the spiritual aspects of mindfulness, this is the place to practice! Sunny Isle Yoga has a great variety of classes. The new owner Mimi is so kind and compassionate when I was having issues with my Mindbody app, she is always available to assist, and she has the studio feeling so cozy and nicely decorated. I attended several workshops recently and they have been exactly what I have needed. Looking forward to next month workshops! Such a beautiful community of people too. Thank you for being in Arvada!

The instructor, EmySol, was amazing! Best yoga class I've ever taken. The space was sparkling clean and welcoming. The community and social aspect was amazing. I felt accepted, welcome, and comfortable.

I love Sunny Isle Yoga studio! I really enjoy the variety of classes (Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Yoda Nidra, etc.) and the owner and class instructors are all very welcoming and lovely people. The studio itself is really comfortable with plenty of props and nice touches (wood elements and faux candles). Nothing about it feels cookie cutter, including the variety of people that go there. I highly recommend supporting them!

Such a warm and welcoming environment. I immediately felt welcome and included, not just by the owner, but by the other community members, as well! So many different classes and class times for all levels of yoga student makes it exciting to take advantage of the awesome intro offer. It was easy to get to with more than enough parking.

All the instructors I have taken class with have been very warm, knowledgeable and the studio embraces the vibe that you would expect from a Yoga studio, not corporate and trendy. I love that I leave class fulfilled with a spiritual aspect that I need to feel balanced and peaceful as well as the physical challenges that I need to keep my body strong😊 I am very happy to have found Sunny Isle Yoga!

Loved the Yin class here! The instructor was great and we did some poses that felt amazing… never boring. The studio is so nice too. Will definitely be back!
