I never write reviews but my stay at this hotel was beyond my expectations! Amber at the front desk was Amazing! She was very helpful with all our needs! My family of 6 stayed in one very huge room! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of different foods depending on the day. My kids enjoyed the pool and it was a plus for free laundry. I highly recommend this hotel for families!!!

I stayed at this hotel during the week. I checked in around 4, even though my room was ready earlier. Which was a pleasant surprise. During check-in, there was nowhere to park to drop off baggage or grab your keys. I paid for street parking close to the hotel and was bombarded with homeless people as soon as my daughter and I exited the vehicle. It's not a huge deal. It's just kinda annoying when you're just trying to get into your room and relax. Hotel check-in was quick and painless. The staff was very friendly. We went to our room which was on the first floor. I highly recommend you immediately change your room if you get one on the first. Our room was right next to the busy street, lots of road noise and loud vehicles. Those silly homeless people migrated down right next to our window. We got to hear them screaming at others as they walked and drove by. Then we got to deal with them banging on our windows. Great way to start our stay, but I had high hopes for the evening, and we left to eat dinner. As we left, we mentioned our concerns to the front desk, who apologized and said they usually clear out by dark. Upon returning to our room at any 930, we were greeted by several homeless individuals who were hanging out in the parking lot that the hotel rents spaces from across the street. My young daughter and I hurry back to our room only to find that the road noises haven't improved and the homeless people are still hanging out right next to our window. We got to hear all kinds of colorful things. Due to it being late, we tried our best to ignore the noise and get some rest. That was nearly impossible. My daughter and I woke up multiple times thinking someone was in our room because of the yelling and banging on the window. Whatever you do, don't stay in the first floor rooms they were terrible. The breakfast was fairly good and the staff was super friendly.

Really great location with good, comfortable rooms and a nice full breakfast buffet! Wife and I stayed here on a date night to enjoy the Christmas market and we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The rooms and even lobby area are on the smaller, but functional and practical side— with a cosmopolitan/European feel. It has everything you could possibly need and then some. Rooms had a full kitchenette, and we asked for a room with a Mountain View when checking in and they were able to accommodate. We will be back. **All the folks complaining about paid parking. Take the free bus from Union Station. 🤷‍♂️

Very nice and clean Hotel. The location is great, and for the price compared to other hotels in downtown Denver. Makes it a great deal. I also liked that only guest with their room card, can use the elevator. So you know there's no unwanted guest roaming around.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. The room was so clean and the beds more than comfy. The staff was so friendly, they helped us out with everything. Also the location is great, you can go to different places walking. I totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms were cozy and the hotel's location near Union station was excellent. However, the hotel parking situation took a bit of getting used to. The lobby was spacious, clean, and convenient. The complimentary breakfast was well-prepared and delicious. The woman at the front desk after my check-in was indifferent and unwelcoming but the free onsite laundry made up for it. I would return to this hotel in the future.

Absolutely best staff at this hotel. I am blown away by how wonderful these individuals have been. From the second I made my reservation to when I finally checked out, after extending my stay, the these have all been fabulous!!! I have to say I will stay here any time I have to stay in Denver- what a fabulous, clean, thoughtful, caring, splendid stay I had. Thank you everyone!!! The highlight of my trip was checking in! The breakfast was amazing, the pool was perfect, the people were wonderful, the cost was splendid. I am honestly so very happy that we decided to give these guys a chance. 100% recommend!!!!!

I love coming to this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. It’s very unusual for hotels in the downtown area to have pools for some reason. The parking is a bit small, but you can also park in the public parking across the street. They have complementary breakfast which is very nice as not many hotels offer it in the Denver downtown area. The staff was very kind! The hotel room had a kitchenette and a little siting area (2 queen beds). They are also pet friendly which is a plus.

Had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; had a bit of an issue using my card abroad and they were patient, accommodating and discreet with allowing me to figure out and resolve the issue. -- I think above all it's so important to know if you have any issues with your stay, that you'll feel confident the staff will be able to help you resolve it, and here they're really professional and well-trained, totally 10/10 for customer service! The rooms are gorgeous. Large windows that allow lots of light in, very clean rooms, tons of neat features like a coffee machine (and complimentary coffee with filter inside) and a dishwasher! Everything you need for an easy stay. -One thing that may be a slight annoyance to some, in my room the sofa in the room wasn't pressed to the foot of the bed to view the TV on the opposite wall, it was directly underneath the TV/wall (for a greater sense of space I'm guessing). But that's a small issue and in the end I enjoyed the way it faced, felt like a good area to just relax and switch off for a bit, and comfy, too! There's a small pantry where you can pick up/buy bits you might have forgotten to pack, like razors, toiletries, ice cream if you really want! It's a bit of a small section though, it'd be really cool if they could expand it. Nice attention to detail in the rooms, like decent quality shampoo/conditioner/hand wash etc. and beside table fittings on both sides. The desk is quite spacious as well. Just little things that go a nice way to making the place feel nice to be in. I've marked 'Luxury' in 'how would you describe the hotel' in this Google review form, because compared to where I'm from (the UK) getting a hotel with all these niceties at the decent rates staybridge charge, is just Impossible in my experience. Being here, whilst not to my knowledge being a 5 star hotel, feels luxurious and and blissful. All in all I could genuinely feel comfortable living in a hotel as nice as this! There's genuinely nothing more I could want for from a hotel.

Staff was wonderful , Susanne was very helpful and informative, great job on public relations, always making sure we were having a pleasant stay. Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was a treat my grandsons looked forward to. A hot breakfast versus a continental, you can't go wrong!!! Thank you staff for a wonderful stay. This grandma and grandsons had a wonderful stay!!!

I was staying here and had to travel to Ohio for a family emergency for a few days. I let the front desk know like hey we are leaving for a few days so no need for housekeeping and go into our room. They went into our room while I was gone, charged me for a cleaning fee when they did nothing besides swap out the towels. On top of that after I left they charged me an additional 150 dollars. Very unhappy with this place. I am pretty sure I had also seen the male manager buying drugs from a sketchy looking car that rolled up when I was smoking outside. Then I had seen him that same night in the pool room downstairs pretending to fix a leaky hot tub when we both know damn well he went down there to get his fix in. It takes one to know one! Lol.

The parking situation sucked as even though we parked where we were told and paid with the meter, we still got a ticket. So there definitely isn’t enough parking. The areas a little sketchy, however its close to a good selection of food and bars. Now for the good stuff, the hotel room itself was small but for my friend and i, it was a good size. It had everything we needed and it was impressingly very clean. They also provided free breakfast which i didnt attend as we didnt wake up early enough but it smelled pretty good. They had wifi which supported my streaming and the front desk staff is nice and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and the room was nice too. It had a full size fridge, a microwave, a stove top, coffee maker, sink, and also came with dishes. It would be good for a long stay except that the shower was probably the worst I've ever had at a hotel. I was on the 3rd floor if that matters but it took about 15 minutes for the water to feel comfortably warm, and the water pressure was so bad. The showerhead had different settings but the pressure was so weak on every setting that it just felt bad.

What a disaster and utter disappointment. Whether it was the noise heard 6 floors below from the homeless yelling, or the garbage trucks, or simply sirens and traffic, the lack of double pane glass allowed all noise. That's if you could hear it over the soft roar of the a/c. We changed rooms and made no difference. I should of been concerned when we checked in and had to pay $27 a nite for parking in an uncovered lot across the street that is secured by the resident homeless having camp nearly in the lot. The room was nice (though the queen suite is not a 'suite' at all considering the size of other room types). Staff was courteous and room was clean. But wasn't enough to keep us from checking out early. I've stayed in staybridge alot and is a great product. I've traveled from Korea to Kenosha, sometimes downtown like this location- often not. I couldn't recommend this hotel for a solid sleep one nite much less an extended stay period.

We have just returned after a ten night stay and overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is great. There were certain things that were available everyday like oatmeal, cereals and bagels, and the hot selection which changed daily. The breakfast staff were always friendly, said good morning and were approachable if you needed anything. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Having the kitchenette was good for preparing our own basic meals as well as keeping ice cream in the freezer! We were on the second floor and were a bit worried at first after reading earlier reviews but it was fine, in truth the air conditioning acted a bit like white noise and blocked out any traffic sounds from the road outside. Some people had said the hotel is in a rough area. We didn’t particularly find that. There were homeless people about but no more than in any city and the hotel had things in place that made it secure and safe. We did have a couple of issues during our stay, the main one being that the room was left open on the deadbolt by someone. Luckily nothing was missing and I think part of that was due to being at the end of a corridor out of the way. We spoke to two or three different members of staff about this who didn’t seem to care even a little bit or offer an apology. It was only when we asked to speak to the manager, David, that anyone seemed bothered. He dealt with the situation and apologised which was all we wanted to begin with. This is the main thing that lets the hotel down. There are a few front desk staff (not all, but most) who are quite miserable, they don’t smile or say hello. In some hotels they even say ‘welcome back’ when you return - not here! It wouldn’t be enough to stop us making a third visit but it’s an easy thing to change.

We enjoyed our stay here, I had looked up the parking and street layout ahead of time so I knew finding the driveway might be confusing. The dedicated lot is small but we found a spot and paid $32 at the desk for convenience; cheaper options across the street. The lot and the lobby areas felt very safe and secure. Paid $75 for the pet fee. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and gave our dog a treat. Studio suite with a king bed was plenty spacious for two and a dog, nice clean room with stocked kitchen. Only thing lacking in the room was the water pressure was a little low. Breakfast was pretty decent and above average. Waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit/granola, eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee/juice. Clean and spacious breakfast area. Would stay again!

Glad I booked this hotel. Conveniently near to central Denver, easy to reach via the free mall bus and a short walk. The room is clean and the bed comfy. I appreciate the proper desk for working at, and the well-equipped mini kitchen. Breakfast was filling and varied. Happy to stay here for a week.

I haven't stayed yet however I will write another review once I have checked out. But I did want to highlight two of your staff members, Tysha and Mario. They were extremely helpful and both went above and beyond my expectations. Because of their customer service especially Tysha, I will definitely recommend your hotel to family and friends. Thank you for being so helpful. Job well done!

Hard Charged my cash app card a total of 380 dollars, 180 for checking out 30 minutes late, didn't even get the opportunity to stay the night they charged me for which wouldve given me the opportunity to clean the room, but instead was randomly told I was put on a do not rent to list for no reason. 200 was charged for cleaning fee. It let me book it on app for another night so I had assumed I'd be able to extend my reservation.

This hotel had the best hotel breakfast I’ve had, especially since COVID. They have free laundry. They have a hot tub (102°) and pool that are open 7am-11pm, way later than most. Free beer/wine and appetizers M-W. The only downsides were the parking is expensive and there was not much water pressure. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a stovetop, full size fridge, dishes, dishwasher, and microwave. The location was prime to walk around downtown denver. This was a fantastic 3 night stay especially for the price and I would definitely stay again!

Had a solid stay during NYE. Came for DecadenceNYE22. Easy to check in and a solid experience all around. Staff was cordial but not overly chatty. The rooms are very quaint but have extra amenities like a full fridge, dishwasher, and two burner stove. Weighed in at 157 nightly with breakfast included. Could have been a lucky day but honestly of all the hotels stays they easily had the best/strongest AM coffee I've ever had.

There's no bathtub, which is kind of a deal breaker for me in a hotel for 4 nights at this price. I came at the hotel from Colfax and couldn't find the entrance until I went through the alley, that was fun. Bring earplugs if the sound of traffic bothers you. I expected more for some reason. The room was clean and the AC works and I could cook meals here if I wanted to but I don't. I don't want to go walking in this neighborhood as a woman alone after dark. Why? Because I did it and I got some very interesting followers and it was one of of the few times that I wondered if I should be concerned for my safety and I lived here for 20 years right on Capitol Hill in the 90's.

Not usually a Staybridge person, but was looking for a deal for GABF. This place takes good care of the facility (much more so than the few others I had to stay in), and breakfast was really good. Great location. City parking is across the street, and cheaper. Folks working there are really nice and very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Denver, a short walk from the 16th street mall. Rooms are spacious and modern but a little dark. Gym, buffet breakfast and pool available. We liked the location and the friendly service. Parking is limited and expensive but there are several public parking lots nearby.

The staff were very professional and welcoming when we entered. They checked us in and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very clean and we experienced no problems. Great place to stay if you want a nice place to stay on Colfax.

Overall, a good hotel. It has a good location- close to most attractions. It is a bit of a challenge to find given it’s entrance & 1 ways that surround it. The hotel has Friendly & attentive staff, clean rooms, and comfy bed. The only issue I has was the water pressure and the water temp (got intensely hot on its own). If you’re staying in Denver for several nights or a week, I would recommend this hotel.
