My favorite complex I have ever lived at! Greatest living experience. On-site management (shoutout to Nicole) are amazing. Maintenance team answers requests same day. The leasing office isn't a mess like most other places because things are always running smoothly here! Because things are smooth, everyone in the Luxe community is happy and in a good mood. -Best apt management with action-oriented staff -Very dog friendly -Friendly neighbors -Amenities are top notch (and amenity areas are always clean) -Amazing location for city life and quick, quick access to mountains (1hour 10 minutes to keystone) -Gym is way better than most apt fitness centers -Proximity to Edgewater public market, Sloan's Lake, highlands, and downtown a huge plus

While visiting the pool in July, Gilbert went out of his way to help one of my daughters find a lost sandal. And then did that being inside the building after taking 15 minutes to help her I was very impressed. On top of that they were very interested in how the pool worked, and he took time to explain how the pool work and even showed them the pump, bro.

I’ve lived here since August and love it! Parking garage is secure which I’ve heard is a problem at most places in Denver. Staff is friendly and they take great care of the place. It’s clean and smells nice in common areas/hallways which is no small feat when you have a lot of people and dogs living together. Maintenance requests are taken care of swiftly, within 24 hours. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily (I work from home and see them out there every morning) and kept warm year round. They also try to do monthly resident activities which is nice.

I have had an amazing experience living here since day one. Nicole was an amazing help through out all the searching/renting process. (plus she found me the best apartment location in the building😉) the whole staff is always very friendly and responsive. Maintenance are super fast and also the cleaning team is awesome!! Last but not least I love that they host different events during the year with all residents like pool party, BBQ party, waffle day or best pet of the month. Is such a pleasure to live here! And the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is also for the coffee available and ready for us all every morning😎

I have lived at The Luxe at Mile High for one year now and I will be renewing for another year. The complex is beautiful, quiet, extremely safe, and prompt with maintenance requests, and the best part is the office staff. In particular, Nicole the Assistant Manager. Recently I had some personal issues and she worked with me showing patience and kindness. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and kind demeanor. You can't go wrong living in this beautiful community with such a fantastic staff.

I just moved into Luxe and my experience thus far has been great! Management is awesome; very communicative, friendly and professional. I primarily worked with Nicole, who is very outgoing, patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel at home before I even signed the lease, which was refreshing since I moved from out of state. Unlike other buildings I toured, which felt very corporate, Luxe feels more like a community and I’m so glad to be living here!

I was so graciously able to tour Luxe thanks to lovely employee Mrs. Nicole Carbajal. These apartments definitely blew my expectations out of the water. I didn’t expect to see such great architecture in this building and see such luxurious rooms that you’re able to live in. I would definitely recommend living here if you can. Everything you could ever need is there at your disposal. Each room that I had toured in the complex was better than the next. Definitely a 10 out of 10 in my book.

A terrific complex managed by an equally terrific team. I've been living at LaMH for 8 months and have nothing but praise for my experience here so far. The unit itself is spacious, fairly priced relative to the full Denver market, very quiet, and features quality appliances. The staff have been friendly, communicative, and transparent with updates on any building-related repairs as they occasionally come up. Nicole also made the whole process from tour to lease signing an absolute breeze!
