Daniel, the service manager was awesome. We had some issues with our hot water not being hot enough and our stove wasn’t staying at temp. He fixed both problems within 24 hours and got us a brand new oven. Can’t say enough about the staff here. Everything is maintained extremely well with care and detail. The service requests are handled quickly and the facilities are constantly being cleaned. I see team members cleaning the pool daily and make living here feel like living at a 5 star hotel. Appreciate Daniel and the team here.

Our service manager, Daniel has been super effective at communicating how my AC outage would be fixed once he was aware of the issue. He gave a timeline which I appreciated and followed up on the issue. It wasn't the best losing AC during the summer, but at least it is finally fixed and for that I am thankful!

Living here has been great! My dog Max loves the area and the dog park. Cleaned up regularly so it stays looking good. All the staff has been awesome. We had an issue with hot water and Daniel from maintenance , super nice guy, was fantastic. Came by and fixed it cleanly and quickly.

We love living here! We moved here sight unseen from across the country and are very happy with the unit, amenities and the staff. Daniel has been amazing with fixing things so quickly and making sure everything in our apartment is working properly. Daulton in the leasing office/ front desk could not be nicer. Cold brew on tap is amazing (and they do a pretty good job of keeping it full). The hot tub is year round and super clean and the rooftop has great views. Overall we love it. There have been some neighborhood safety issues (as there are in most urban areas) , but Amli makes sure the building is secure and addresses all issues and takes concerns seriously.

Daniel is the service manager here. I woke up to my heat not working this morning. Called at 810am. Got a call back from him in 5 minutes saying he’d be here shortly. Less than an hour and we are back in business. Super professional - what really hit me is that he needed to check a vent in the bedroom. He politely asked me if he could go into the room first. Now that is attentive to detail. Thanks Daniel!

I love living at AMLI Art District! The staff has been so friendly, welcoming and quick to fix any issues. Shoutout to the entire Maintenance team + Daniel! The views are incredible, the units themselves are brand new, gym has everything you need, and it's located within walking distance of Rino, Coors Field, Ball Arena, etc. The amenities and the residents also make this place worth while! If you have the chance, definitely worth checking out!

I've lived here for over a year and a half and have nothing but positive things to say about the team here. I would like to highlight Daniel the Maintenance Service Manager for always going above and beyond with fixing anything that has gone wrong in my apartment. This guy needs some type of regional level promotion and all the AMLI properties in Denver would level up in terms of quality. Update Nov 2023** I still highly recommend this place. I have analyzed over 200 properties online and this is in the top ten in terms of affordability, location, amenities, quality of service including maintenance and the leasing team. I would like to give a special shoutout to Savannah for helping me lock in my third lease here for another 13 months. She has always been on top of it with any requests and she also works at another building and is a dual hatted manager getting things done. Looking forward to the next 13 months here.

Amazing maintenance team! One of our cabinets broke last night at 8pm and Daniel was here the next morning at 7:30am to fix it. Absolute rockstar! Not only is he and team prompt on all maintenance orders but they are the nicest people around! Always stopping to have conversations when I see them around the property. We are lucky to have Daniel and the whole maintenance crew here!
