I
went
to
buy
a
9
piece
meal
and
when
I
got
home
I
saw
that
the
chicken
wasn't
fully
cooked.
There
was
blood
still
showing
inside.
I
called
the
manager
and
spoke
with
Anthony
and
asked
if
he
could
make
a
new
batch
for
me
which
he
did.
I
got
the
new
order
and
it
wasn't
fully
cooked
as
well
so
I
called
and
asked
for
his
cell
phone
number
to
send
him
the
pics
which
he
agreed
to.
After
seeing
the
pics
he
apologized
for
the
error
but
said
that
they
were
closing
soon
and
wasn't
anything
he
could
do
at
the
time
and
told
me
to
come
the
next
day
for
a
refund
and
a
new
order.
I
was
livid
because
I
now
didn't
have
dinner
and
was
out
of
my
20
dollars.
I
called
the
next
day
and
asked
for
the
manager
and
told
her,
Tonida,
what
happened
and
she
said
she
replaced
the
chicken,
with
not
so
fresh
chicken,
but
did
not
honor
the
refund.
I
have
the
calls
recorded
and
can
send
pics
i
took
with
the
receipt
next
to
it
for
a
time
stamp
and
I
have
the
text
from
the
manager
who
agreed
on
how
it
would
be
remedied.
I
am
very
disappointed
in
how
this
was
handled
and
still
have
not
received
my
refund.
I
have
not
reached
out
to
the
BBB
yet
in
hopes
that
this
can
be
remedied
in-house
1st
as
I'd
like
to
remain
a
customer.
Please
assist
if
possible
and
most
importantly
make
sure
the
chicken
is
properly
cooked.
