    I went to buy a 9 piece meal and when I got home I saw that the chicken wasn't fully cooked. There was blood still showing inside. I called the manager and spoke with Anthony and asked if he could make a new batch for me which he did. I got the new order and it wasn't fully cooked as well so I called and asked for his cell phone number to send him the pics which he agreed to. After seeing the pics he apologized for the error but said that they were closing soon and wasn't anything he could do at the time and told me to come the next day for a refund and a new order. I was livid because I now didn't have dinner and was out of my 20 dollars. I called the next day and asked for the manager and told her, Tonida, what happened and she said she replaced the chicken, with not so fresh chicken, but did not honor the refund. I have the calls recorded and can send pics i took with the receipt next to it for a time stamp and I have the text from the manager who agreed on how it would be remedied. I am very disappointed in how this was handled and still have not received my refund. I have not reached out to the BBB yet in hopes that this can be remedied in-house 1st as I'd like to remain a customer. Please assist if possible and most importantly make sure the chicken is properly cooked. My order number was 78 for reference. See pics below.

    I haven't had popeyes in years because of really bad customer service in Los Angeles. Today i was hungry and i left another place because it was filthy and the staff was extremely rude. After giving popeyes another try, I was thrilled to see the changes from Digital Menus to delicious fan fare. The shrimp was fried to perfection and the cashier even gave me water without having to ask for it. The staff deserves 10 stars. You need give them all the credit for keeping the place in perfect condition.

    This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend going to this location, I would pick a different Popeyes or eat gas station food before ever coming back here. The manager is childish and all of the employees speak in a different language unless they are talking directly to you. I ordered spicy tenders and I got original. The cashier argued with me that they were spicy and then when I once again insisted that they weren't she called her manager over, sorry I forgot her name, they talked in another language and proceeded to give me a new batch of tenders. When I walked away from the counter the manager turned around and stuck her tongue out at me. To top it off, all of the food was cold and the biscuits were hard. This food place needs a new professional manager and a revamp of the crew.

    DO BETTER! I get that I shouldn't expect much when coming to this location.... but when I pay nearly 4 dollars for a side of mashed potatoes. I should get more than 4 spoonfuls. It's getting ridiculous here.. I along with many other customers spend alot of money here. We deserve better quality service. And to at least get what we payed for. Shame on the management here

    The chicken was fantastic!! I had ghost pepper chicken wings. My 7 year old nephew had child's chicken nuggets with apple juice and applesauce. I ordered cajun rice but they don't offer it at this location.

    This popeyes is the worst popeyes I have ever been to. The staff is very rude they don't even greet you. The managers laugh in your face. I was told the card reader was down and I had to pay cash but the customer behind me was able to pay card. And when my food was ready I was told yelled at "here you go"

    The customer service was extremely rude and did not help resolve the issue. She got my mad at me for them getting my order wrong and didn’t even credit me my food or tried to help me with recieving my full wings. She also rushed the service and had an attitude

    Not only were they rude at the window but they just threw my food in the bag the food spilled. Every disgusted with the service I don't even care to eat the food. Never again will I get from here.
