Got here early for a shipment and the load wasn't ready. There were a couple of other truckers here too with the same situation. Shipping guy advised that load would not be a Drop & Hook but a live load. Ok, no worries. I figured that I would make my trailer super nice and I swept out the remains of dog food etc that was parked in the trailer. One nice super clean trailer. Production supervisor at the plant calls me after about 3 1/2 hours to advise that their loading equipment failed and to come back on Monday morning............ What a waste of a Saturday. Oh well, at least I have a clean trailer and a nice parking spot at Sapp Bros. None of that messing about at the T/A for me mate.

Pathetic service been waiting for here to be loaded past 12 hours won't recommend

2nd time I've been to this place for a California trip and they've loaded it wrong. 35,500 in the back Really ??? Can't fix this for a California load. Especially on a Sunday. Picked up at 2:30pm.... messes with the drivers who are on a schedule.

I don't know. Here at the bottom you spend a lot of time, waiting. One guy has been waiting two days so it could be worse. I was trying to find the bathroom and had to use a phone to be told "it's a secure facility." So, I went outside near someone's nice car sorry about the splash you're making more than myself. There are five people working in the "office" and one working the dock. An appointment is required but you may wait all day. Bring a nice book and a lunch and don't worry about the wait, you won't be compensated anyways. Have a nice day.

Like that other driver said is the load ready? If not you gotta wait awhile . Other than that fast Loading . I just had to wait quite a bit so 4 stars.

Haven't had to live load at this place yet... Overall, they're very efficient and have a contactless system for drop & hook of trailers.

The big question is, is the load ready , if yes your in and out if no your stuck.
