I loved this place. Both of my children were delivered by the doctors here. The staff was always friendly and patient. I came here for YEARS. I won’t go back after my interaction today with the reception desk. The clerk was rude and mildly hostile answering all questions I had, trying to determine if this was a place my daughter could go, as I always felt safe and respected here especially when I was emotionally distraught. I’m devastated with the interaction I had with the receptionist and won’t recommend my daughter to this clinic. It was 15 minutes until 5 and all I wanted to know is if they were taking new patients and what the timeframe was to be seen. This woman was so curt and abrupt that I asked her if there was an issue, which she snapped back that she was just answering my questions.This breaks my heart since I still see a couple of the doctors I saw are still at this practice and I loved them because they were so kind.

Dr. Sweeney was the doctor who delivered my when I was born & he has been my OBGYN every since. I love him and always feel very comfortable with him. I am sad he is not longer here but I am coming to return for more services after a while. I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke to over the phone was very hostile and rude. I cannot believe how disrespectful she was to me. Since Dr. Sweeney is gone, and the receptionist seems less than willing to help, I have decided to cancel my appointment and find another place to go. Quite disappointing.

My daughter had an appointment at 3:15 we got there at 3:25 and was told that she was too late and that they do not have a grace period The worst part of it was the receptionist was extremely rude in her customer service skills definitely need improving. It's a shame that their front desk is costing them patients maybe she should take a lesson in customer service in realize that even the medical field is a customer service field as they are not the only practice and there are numerous practices that you can go to I highly recommend that. As soon as we walked out the door my daughter made an appointment with a different practitioner and she is wonderful so maybe they're doing other practices a justice by deterring people from their practice and sending them to ones that actually know how to care for their clientele! Don't go to this place unless you wanted to be degraded and told no and have no flexibility whatsoever.

I recently went in for a biopsy of my cervix and was feeling very anxious and uncomfortable about the whole thing. Invasive procedures are not something I am fond of. Dr. Amber Fontenot-Ferriss, MD was incredibly kind, empathetic, and did the most amazing job at explaining to me my options, my results that led to the biopsy and what to expect afterward. I have had traumatic experiences in previous OVGYN offices as an teenager and in my early 20’s…but, Dr.Fontenot-Ferriss, has completely changed my outlook on OBGYN medical providers! There are providers who will listen to your concerns, care for you to the best they can under your permission, and no force you into doing things that don’t feel right for you. I am very grateful to have a safe space to feel in control of my Womens health, but also feel supported, informed and cared for! Thank you!

Everyone there is amazing. The lady in billing help alert me to issues I may have with my insurance. Every physician was competent and capable of handling my high risk pregnancy. They took very good care of me and worked with me to provide the best prenatal care.

I was sent out of there with no metoprolol or clonidine with a BP of 227/127.. but I got a prescription for Ativan and Librium for the next day…Seriously being out of your bp meds is being out of benzodiazepine!!!!! Yeah a stroke is much more than being calm!!!!! Never again

I love this clinic. Went here with both pregnancies and they were so great. Now I am back for permanent sterilization and couldn't be happier with the discussion I had with Amber Fontenot-Ferriss, MD. She is great and explained everything in great detail.

The staff here is super kind and i strongly recommend this team. Dr. Molly was very informative and caring. I am an out of pocket patient and they do their best to take expenses into consideration while consulting you through affordable options. AMAZING!!
