I regularly shop at ABC sweets and normally go there about 2-3 times a month as they have some novelty sweets and great gummies that I don’t find at other stores and also fruity ice creams my daughter likes , however on my shop today I was a bit disgusted by their management , my daughter showed me a damaged item and the manager without being certain of what had happened proceeded to say my daughter damaged the item and charged me for it , and although I won’t go poor over the R4.50 you overcharged me, I think you have questionable business ethics , I’ve been to this store countless of times and many a time is there damaged or opened items , I just move on and purchase items that aren’t defective . Please work on your customer service and have your facts straight before blaming people of things they did not do.

Nice ABC sweets. Good pharmacy. Parking a bit limited. Nice petrol stasion with a good Woolies food.

Nice small Centre but big delivery vehicles sometimes a problem to get in and out and need to park in the way of customers to offload cargo.

Prices are ok, mangers need to refresh their customer service Skills. U can't openly argue with customers, irrespective if the customer is right or wrong. I have witnessed this happening to a customer, and it then it happened to me on different days. However the Silverton branch is much much better.

My only complaint is that the exit and entrance on the one side if the parking is very danderous and has very big potholes, but good place to got either way, with sweets store and liquir store, who wants more then that🤣

I love shopping there for sweets for the family..reasonably priced...wide variety...j just have to mentally keep myself in check as I always overspend lol

I went to ABC sweets ,the standards have completely dropped . The shop looks like the local spaza shops that are selling goods that we don't know . I've been a loyal ABC sweets client for years but this time I was not impressed with the quality of things sold , the shop outlook was very disappointing.

Very small and intimate centre... I hope a convenience store will open here...

Delivery truck for tops takes up too much space so why not deliver around back
