Willow Way Centurion is such an amazing gym, or rather home. From the first day of my trial week, I felt home and felt like part of a community. Both the staff and fellow members were incredibly welcoming and very supportive! You don't need to know what you are doing because they'll explain and show you how to do each and every exercise. My favorite group is the 6am!! Very fun and vibrant. Will your way to Centurion Willow Way and find your home in fitness. I highly recommend it.
From my first engagement with Coach Ilse who supported me professionally in answering questions and onboarding me, I have been delighted with my choice to join Willow Way Centurion. Willow way by Eco Park really has your best interest in mind. If one excersize causes discomfort to you they'll give you a different excersize with the same outcomes. They also make sure that you do the excersizes correctly, which avoids injuries. I love the friendly and welcoming environment. My fitness and health has improved since I joined, I'm very thankful for this crossfit gym!!
Really such a lekker place. The group classes are fantastic, structured enough so you don't feel overwhelmed but varied enough so don't get bored. They work in the blocks so each week builds on the next so you can really see progress and it's not just random. The classes have different levels so newbies and experienced people can train together all pushing themselves. The sense of community really motivates you, and I highly recommend Willow Way to anyone who wants to train consistently with great people.

Highly recommended! Excellent training box where personal fitness is key for all fitness levels and age groups. All classes has a personal touch and the couches will assist to adopt sets based on an individual's skill set or injury. They certainly live up to their motto!
Willow Way Fitness caters for all types of people. You can be male, female, fat, thin, old or young. The daily classes have different levels depending on what you can master or what your goals are. The trainers are efficient and always friendly, makes you feel part of a family. There are seven daily classes from Monday to Friday and one on Saturday mornings. I can highly recommend them if you want to train!
