Worst haircut experience. I will not becoming back here again. I had to stand outside in the rain wven tgough I had made an appointment because the place was closed. Hairstyle kept talking on her phone a lot and wasting my time. She didn't listen to the length I wanted and now have a haircut of a boy. I asked for just under my chin length. She never asked if what she was cutting was ok to make sure the length was good. I asked for layers and she cuts my hair short I can't even make a ponytail. The layers also ruined my curls they can't curl and look like a sloppy mess. I also didn't even get a discount when I told her it's too short. I was also slightly insulted when she told me I looked a nerd before I like being a nerd and it was definitely better than looking like a 40 year old with a mullet.
