I always like Hema branches because of the streamlined brand quality. Every Hema has the same feel. This one is huge tho. It has 3 stories and offers the widest range of products I have yet assesed in any Hema. This branch offers seating and foods and drinks as well, so it's a nice spot to rest your legs during a Shopping spree. Can be quite busy tho.

Giving 1star not to the store, but to the restaurant on the 1st floor. Very expensive for very average food. We waited way too long for our very disappointing food. Burger was dry and even cold in the middle. 3 euros for fries (not even fries, but potatoes) was a bit extreme. Nobody around us wanted to finish their food. Lady next to me went even complain to the manager (not Karen) because her pasta was just not good. I saw her adding 2 packs of salt, but it didn't help. I do not recommend this restaurant.

A big HEMA where you can find about anything you're looking for. The perfect shop to buy presents for not only your family, but also for yourself. You can also find many of the essentials and clothes here. Furthermore, there is a small restaurant where you can have a drink or bite to rest a bit from all the shopping. A big bonus is the self-scan!

Lovely Hema location, nice looking 'home' department on the lower floor and a restaurant at the top floor. Self check-out present.

Cosy, but perhaps too cosy. I often get the feeling of being in a shopping center when entering the store on a Saturday. Quite quite busy.

I love this shop. The best thing about this shop is that you can go upstairs and eat something here. You pick what you want and then you go sit down. Ideal for when you are not that hungry but your friends are. When you go sit down next to the window, you can see everyone walking on the streets. The view is amazing. This is the perfect place to relax when you are tired from shopping.

A surprisingly good pizza 🍕 for a "kind of fast food " restaurant (at the 1st floor) of a big department store in one of the busiest shopping street of Antwerpen. Very well organized (there are different corners for pizza, pasta, burgers, coffee, etc.), even if service to the tables is not provided. Pretty clean and cheap prices.

Very good HEMA store! I've been to a few before, and must say this is one of the best you can find. It has a restaurant, 2 floors of department store and upstairs, with a nice lookout on the streets, the restaurants. I've had nothing but great experiences here, with the restaurant, as well as the delivery to the store and returns. I would 100% recommend!

Not a massive flagship store but I like the seasonal displays and promos. Dutch folk might notice some essentials missing from the product offering. Coffee shop nicely separated from the main store.

The shop is fine but the cafe has the most miserable looking staff I've ever seen in my life !! And the tables and chairs aren't kept clean either. If they're not happy with their jobs, I'm sure there are plenty of others who would like to do them !! Or maybe Hema needs to pay them more also ? It's a pity because it's a nice big cafe and it's only been open a few years but it's already a depressing place to be in. And customers having to pay to use the toilet is also ridiculous, especially for non-Belgians who won't understand that at all and may not have any change on them either !

Clean and organised store with all the Hema stuff we love and want. Especially the lay out of the ground floor is nice, basement is a bit more cluttered. The only thing that annoys me is the fact that Hema is way more expensive in Belgium compared to the Netherlands 😢
