I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort with my beloved school friends, and it was truly a memorable experience. After a long time apart, it was wonderful to gather and reconnect in such a beautiful setting. The resort provided the perfect ambience for our reunion. The serene surroundings and tranquil atmosphere allowed us to reminisce about our school days and catch up on each other's lives. It was an ideal escape from our busy schedules and a great opportunity to relax and bond once again. GReat Trails Resort: From the well-maintained property to the excellent amenities, everything was top-notch. The fitness centre and swimming pool added an element of relaxation and recreation, while the spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms provided a truly indulgent stay. Lastly, the dining facilities exceeded my expectations, with great food and service. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

The property is amazing and loved the stay. The food has to be improved in the restaurant as the chicken was very hard during the dinner on day 1. The restaurant staff are super helpful. Requested water bottle to the room couple of times during night but it was not delivered which is a disappointment. My son loved the play area and atmosphere. The service and greeting of front office staff is good. Overall a excellent property with average food and service.

Magnificent property of the GRT hotels with mesmerizing beauty and calm. A perfect place in the lap of nature with serene beauty and peace. Excellent property to stay with your family and friends. The villa rooms were big, clean, and well maintained, with a porch attached to it..Do not forget to enjoy complementary local tea station with local snacks. The Tea is really good . Staffs are amazing, they all are always with a smiley faces and ready to help.The infinite pool and view from the restaurant is really superb ...Had a wondrous time here❤️

One of the best place i have visited so far.. not only the hotel but the staff is also super good. They take care of little things on your go. They go extra mile to make you feel comfortable and so that we can relax with our partner / family peacefully. I would recommend everyone to experience this and i am sure you would love it too. Lots of perks - which i don't want to disclose.. you guys should experience yourself :) Happy Stay truely.

The best ever hospitality from the entire team. A special thanks to Albin for his wonderful surprise, we had mentioned him if possible can a cake arrangement be done for kid birthday, not only the cake he made a beautiful arrangement for us to celebrate the birthday. Food is delicious. The snacks time was very good. Everyone keeps their efforts to keep entertain guests and loved the overall experience. Thanks again Albin :)

Reviews help us to improve and upgrade ourself so I went with my family I was late when we went we got a bracelet no green tea or a bouquet we had lunch. Rooms were good service is good ,food is ultimate . Classical dancers were too good but they play song on mobile in between program they get personal call they need to think of alternative to play music ,swimming pool should be kept hygiene it stinks the eyes burn and games is very less same as gym but nice place to visit there they have to make a team to work on feedback.

Initially had booked for 2 nights but instead stayed for one night. Travelled with a pet, so we needed more water but was not given after repeated requests. The service was so bad in the restaurant too. They never comply with your requests. The price for the room was 16k including pet charges, yet after being over priced, the service was pathetic. Only a small place for the pets and many pet policies. Not very pet friendly!!!!

We ( me and my husband) stayed in this property with my parents and 2 kids ( infant and toddler). It was perfect for every age group. A perfect play area with lot of wooden toys, and an outdoor space with activities like trampoline, zip line etc kept my kids engaged. My kids were very happy in the property. Staff was very courteous, they always use to take care of multiple requests. All of them use to greet with nice warm smile. Breakfast buffet spread was lavish, lot of local options. We did Ala carte for dinner and we were never disappointed. Nature walk in and around property was also refreshing. Small gestures like checking on food for toddler while checkout, arranging tickets and cabs for local sight seeing during traffic season all elevated our overall experience. Highly recommend this place.

checked out from the property today, had booked 5 rooms in total as i was travelling with my family. The property is very beautiful with good rooms (the ceiling fans are squeaky)and good food but unfortunately the front office/ reception staff were very rude and seemed to be least interested in serving their clients, seemed as if they where forced to work there and looked irritated most of the time.The hotel provided us 15 minutes foot massage but the therapist finished it with just 5-7 min and wanted to somehow get over with it. we had booked 3 rooms for two nights and after this experience ,were thinking of cancelling the booking .Why should we pay our money for this pathetic treatment, it was only because we had no other choice as we couldn’t find any accommodation nearby, so we dropped the plan. The security/bellboys and the lady staff taking orders at the restaurant were really friendly on the other hand, and did their job properly. Would recommend the property for the rooms, ambience and not for their service.
