Excellent resort in kumbalangi. Lots of space for outdoor play. No indoor activities. Big dining area. Boating available. Space available for outdoor party. Little difficult to reach the space . Thats the only negative. Place with lot of coconut trees. Great sunset view available. Michaels Land is a beautiful, secluded 12-acre peninsula projecting into the backwaters close to Fort Cochin (Kochi), the Kumblangi tourism Fishing Village and Ernakulam. It is the most peaceful location in Cochin. The resort is maintained on a very natural ambiance and is not any fancy gimmick place. You can enjoy the natural beauty of the place and relax in peace

Not clean and maintained , when we reached there was no bed sheets and there were used towels in room . Rooms were dusty and paid huge amount. We told we will reach by 12 noon also it was not ready even though our check in time was 10:30 am

Reaching there itself is a hard task. View is nice apart from that I didn't find any thing attractive there . There are no activities to do , also the place isn't so clean. Heard that a few years back it was good but its not the case now at least from my experience.

We hosted a bridal shower here and this was the best ever get-together we had. The view is amazing and mind-blowing! I wished we could have stayed there for a bit longer.

Nice place, very good ambiance and good food. There is enough space for activities. You can get fresh fish from Chinese fishing nets around. Only negative issue is it takes time to reach this place through road as the roads are narrow and in a bad condition.

Nyc ambiance… Rooms are not that cool

Located in a lonely place at Kumbalangi, a naturally beautiful location situated beneath the back water, lots of mechanically operatigvfishing nets near the reort, makes the night more attractive. Staffs are too good n co-operative, outside catering foods provided is so tasty n healthy. During rainy season the loose mud makes the surroundig litte uncomfortable. The resort having lots of open space n which provide a beautiful ambience during the stay, a group of more than 20 is highly recommended for active stay enjoyment in the resort, in total a nice destination for a group stay coprises of 4-5 families or group🙏🏻

A secluded haven close to the backwaters, and immersed in nature. Not a luxury stay though. Basic amenities when clubbed with a superb location, creates an ambience that is worth experiencing.

I absolutely love the view; it's breathtaking and has a peaceful, cosy vibe. Excellent employee behaviour Even the resort's roadways are breathtaking. I like that location all over.

If you want to stay in a remote backwater resort this is the place. Reaching it is chaotic, There is no proper road to reach there. Only a muddy road. Resort nature is good but the rooms are not maintained well, You can find a bunch of aunts everywhere inside the room. some parts of the rooms are damaged. No food is served but there is a guy from somewhere prepare food and bring if you preorder. There is the caretaker dog and he always follows you and makes you confortable if you love dog.

Located in good place with fine atmosphere. The food is great. Rooms are neat and clean service is excellent

Very difficult to reach at this place. Map shows different ways from Kumbalangi but one route there is no road access. The road in another route is completely poor condition and very narrow. Around 20 minutes drive from main road to property.

A place for week end chill out nature at its best the wind will just make you sleep just in seconds I'm talking about the vibe the only issue is the traveling part but it's not an issue when we get the vibe & the amenities are the stay & water no food or anything else

Pros: - Good scenery - Privacy for family - Option for fishing - Barbeque setup provided - Lot of space for partying Cons: - Not a recommended place during rainy season since its water logged. - Need to be carefull with kids since there are no much safety measures around. - The cottage we stayed were not that clean. (Adjustable) - Boat that they took us to resort was very old, not maintained and no life jackets Almost felt like life was on a thread. (Its offroad to reach resort, thats why they take us through boat. Bike & Jeep can make it by road.) Service provided were OK.

Lovely and beautiful location. But maintenance is not up to the mark. Rooms are ok compared to the price. It would be much appreciated if the surroundings are maintained well. Also reaching the location is bit difficult. Very narrow road, and there is hardly no space to give side of any vehicle comes in opposite direction. And the main thing is the route shown in Google maps will take you to a pedestrian route at the end. So it's always better to get the actual direction from resort staff

Good ambiance, but service not good, bed, bed sheet, pillow cover look like old, i think it is good for family not for bachelor's.

Location: Quiet, Calm and Beautiful Ambience: Great Food: Scrumptious and Tasty. One of the Best Prawns you can get around. Helpful and Good caretakers. Vast Area to explore. Well maintained and neat and clean without any garbage. Rooms are spacious enough, neat and tidy and well maintained. One of the Perfect Getaway Location to relax and to hangout with friends.

Calm and quiet place for a weekend getaway. Ideal for get-together if you are looking for some place to enjoy the backwaters and gossip 😂. Parking is a bit far ,the management would provide boat service , please confirm once .They would provide meals ,a bit on the costlier side but no complaints on quantity and taste , Overall good

Beautiful place.. But difficult to reach.. no good roadways available to reach.. Will forget difficulty in travel once you reach there. Really calm and cool for camping with friends
