I had the pleasure of being at this Spur to celebrate my niece's birthday. Customer service here will blow your mind. We ordered our meals and as we were diving right in, Zinhle (the manager) comes by with 1 wing. Here I am confused why shes serving us this one wing, I actually thought its part of the birthday package since they know its my niece's birthday. She walks on over and says," ladies your wings were short with one" I have never,in all my life, seen such immaculate service. Thank you guys for this lovely service. The warm smiles and good laughs here and there. Penny, you took good care of us,you Rock mama. Food is amazing as always. Still serving the best ribs in town👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Wow what an amazing experience for our Special Needs Learners. We swamped them with 32 learners and 9 School staff. Our children's food and drinks orders were spot on. No-one was left waiting. They accodated us with ease and went beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our food was outstanding and the staff even sang happy birthday to the learners who were going to have their birthday after school had closed. Thank you from Our Autistic Unit from The Brown's School Family. The staff were very attentive and kept us informed all the way.

Had a good meal, the food was well prepared and fresh. One or two alcoholic beverages after and was on my way. Staff were friendly and showed good spirit.

My partner and I stopped for a quick lunch here and had a decent meal along with good service. We've been going to Spur for years and I've always loved the atmosphere, food and service. Unfortunately one really disappointing thing about Spur recently is the new "Happy Birthday" song that gets played via the speakers. I preferred the old school way where staff would sing at the table. While we were sitting at this branch, enjoying our meal. The song played three times which sounds terrible. It's really loud and unpleasant to endure. We honestly couldn't wait to get out of the place, it completely destroyed the ambiance for us. Please understand that the above complaint isn't aimed at this particular branch at all, I understand that it's probably a standard now going forward for all branches but I'm definitely not a fan of this new concept. We've experienced it now at two branches that we've visited.

Our second home, we always come here almost every Fridays between 6-8 pm because of load shedding, best service ever, atmosphere is great, playing area always clean , all the staff is friendly,food taste good . We love it here .

On Sunday I popped in with my wife to check on the cricket score and we decided to have a burger each.Drinks came fast and cold then burgers all hot and fresh.cutlery was not provided, we had to request, the oil that was used to fry onion rings and chips tasted burned and carcinogenic. I love the onion rings normally but Sundays was not right. Thank you, proud Spur supporter.

Our waiter was one Siya. We was 3 adults and a toddler. We had two separated tables -with good reason. Siya was pleasant but I dont know if our sitting he firgot to bring things we requested after first order. But genarally all else was superb

My experience was excellent. I was met with pleasantries when my family and I walked in. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The waiter was proactive in anticipating when we required something. The managers on duty also checked up on us and assisted where required. The food was well prepared. Overall a well managed Spur restaurant.
