We stayed in this excellent hotel for 2 nights in the 3rd week of September. We had booked 2 rooms and enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel had also a well maintained park where we use to sit. The staff was very good. Specially, the manager, Mr. Omar & Mr Rizwan were really very helpful and we're always there to look after our every need. Mr. Ali, the security personnel with smiling face was always there for any help needed.The location & the view from the hotel was beautiful. The rooms including the bathroom were very clean and spacious. The breakfast & buffet dinner was really very delicious and amazing. We would like to stay there again on our next trip.

Our stay at Pahalgam Pines was truly unforgettable. The hotel boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains and the clean, functional rooms with all amenities added to the experience. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, very well managed & maintained property !! The location of the hotel is amazing surrounded by beautiful mountains. The heating system are too good , hot water supply is even better. The hotel staff was very courteous & helpful... Food served here is fabulous, courtesy chef Javid.

Loved the place. Good location: we had some initial hiccups with hot water but the manager and staff were responsive and helped us fix it. Compliments to the kitchen staff, food is nice and always served with a smile. I think place is great value for money. Rooms are very nice and centrally heated. The staff arranged for a complimentary born fire also for us which was nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it is a lovely hotel situated a little away from the main market. But the service is really good, the staff members were really humble and took care of everything we mentioned. Choice of food is limited but whatever was available in the buffet was fresh and tasty.

Location of hotel is good. We had beautiful mountain view from our room. There is a common balcony as well where one can enjoy the morning sun. There is central heating in the hotel. They have paid attention to details and all basic facilities have been provided. The hotel manager Omer Bashir and his colleague Rizwan are very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and both were very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pahalgam Pines and will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pahalgam.

We love the hotel & it was a pleasure to stay there. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat & clean with modern furniture and with all amenities. Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner as well. I would recommend this hotel for both family or business trips ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had really good time at this resort which is located in a hilly area of Pahalgam and has a great morning view. The rooms are built in cottage pattern which keeps the room warm. The manager Omer Bashir and security guard Ali Mohammad were really very helpful throught my stay in here.
