I have been associated with Everest institute since last year. The whole faculty is very helping and push you to achieve your goals. I enrolled in their teacher training course and it changed my perception towards yoga. I learnt a lot and truly began to see benefits of yoga and it's application whether to achieve fitness or build strength or rehabilitation. Great work by the team and keep it up!

My experience have been good so far at Everest yoga. It’s been a month and i’ve seen good changes in myself. My concentration has been improved and so much more. The staff is very kind so it’s like a safe space for me. It is a great opportunity to boost your confidence. I would highly recommend you to join these yoga classes.

My son had a great experience in this institute. He has learnt a lot. Guys you must go and learn . If you really want to learn something. Must go for yoga classes. We were getting the updates whatever he was going to learn on the next day. As all of us are aware of benefits of Yoga you must go. 😇

This is one of the best decisions I've made in my life to join this yoga teacher training course from Everest yoga institute. This gives me an opportunity to learn the history of yoga, the meaning of it and how to be a true yogi. I feel very happy and satisfied to have joined this course and have met many lovely people here, including all the teachers and my classmates who are also my friends now. All the teachers in Everest are very professional and patient to share their knowledge and experience. Hope I will also be a good yoga teacher one day!

This place is the addiction of energy which doesn’t allow you to miss the class. You get fit and energetic.i have tried many places with some yoginis too coming home for personal classes but here following different schedule everyday with different props with a new zeal and with the most amazing ,compassionate palak mam starts my day with gratitude.
