After
a
long
flight,
I
stumbled
upon
NOMAD
Alicante
at
10
PM,
seeking
some
much-needed
comfort
food.
The
ambiance
of
the
place
was
immediately
welcoming
–
simple,
friendly,
and
intimate,
with
just
a
few
tables
and
a
nice
buzz.
I
chose
a
high
table,
settling
into
the
cozy
atmosphere.
The
service
was
exceptional
from
the
get-go.
The
waitress
was
not
only
super
friendly
but
also
very
knowledgeable,
effortlessly
guiding
me
through
the
menu.
What
I
particularly
liked
was
the
concept
of
the
ever-changing
menu,
written
on
a
chalkboard,
adding
a
dynamic
and
fresh
touch
to
the
dining
experience.
For
my
meal,
I
chose
a
pintxo
with
sardines
and
a
burrata
salad.
Both
dishes
were
served
promptly,
and
the
presentation
was
a
feast
for
the
eyes.
The
aroma
was
enticing,
and
the
taste
did
not
disappoint.
Every
bite
was
a
testament
to
the
chef's
passion
and
dedication
to
their
craft.
The
flavors
were
balanced,
fresh,
and
absolutely
delightful.
A
complimentary
basket
of
bread
was
a
thoughtful
touch,
complementing
my
meal
perfectly.
To
go
with
it,
I
opted
for
a
'cerveza
sin'
-
a
non-alcoholic
beer
that
was
refreshing
and
light.
The
price,
at
17
euros
including
tip,
felt
justified
for
the
quality
of
food
and
the
overall
experience.
It
wasn't
cheap,
but
it
was
certainly
affordable,
especially
considering
the
love
and
attention
evident
in
every
aspect
of
the
meal.
NOMAD
Alicante
is
a
gem
that
offers
more
than
just
food
–
it
offers
an
experience,
a
feeling
of
being
cared
for,
and
a
taste
of
culinary
passion.
I
am
already
looking
forward
to
my
next
visit!
