Lovely local restaurant with mostly Spanish customers. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was perfect and the prices were cheap (€2-5 euros for tapas)! They also serve great cocktails for €5. An amazing find so would definitely come again.

After a long flight, I stumbled upon NOMAD Alicante at 10 PM, seeking some much-needed comfort food. The ambiance of the place was immediately welcoming – simple, friendly, and intimate, with just a few tables and a nice buzz. I chose a high table, settling into the cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional from the get-go. The waitress was not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable, effortlessly guiding me through the menu. What I particularly liked was the concept of the ever-changing menu, written on a chalkboard, adding a dynamic and fresh touch to the dining experience. For my meal, I chose a pintxo with sardines and a burrata salad. Both dishes were served promptly, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. The aroma was enticing, and the taste did not disappoint. Every bite was a testament to the chef's passion and dedication to their craft. The flavors were balanced, fresh, and absolutely delightful. A complimentary basket of bread was a thoughtful touch, complementing my meal perfectly. To go with it, I opted for a 'cerveza sin' - a non-alcoholic beer that was refreshing and light. The price, at 17 euros including tip, felt justified for the quality of food and the overall experience. It wasn't cheap, but it was certainly affordable, especially considering the love and attention evident in every aspect of the meal. NOMAD Alicante is a gem that offers more than just food – it offers an experience, a feeling of being cared for, and a taste of culinary passion. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely fabulous. Best tapas ever. Seen that this place had a high rating and didn’t want to eat in tourist area. Well worth the short walk. Food was very reasonably priced and good quality. Four of us so tried a lot of tapas, sangria, mojitos and no problem ordering more. Favourites were the croquettes, peppers, meatballs, carbonara and tiramisu too. Waitress amazing - smiling, welcoming and teaching us some Spanish too. You will love it here.

Such a lovely place. Thanks to our waitress who made the evening so special. By the way, the recipe for the sangria works perfect, thanks for the hint; it tastes delicious. The tapas were incredibly tasty, the atmosphere was really great and the price was not too high. Looking forward to visiting again.

We just had lunch and it was absolutely delicious! Melanie was very helpful and thoughtful. We can't wait to go back! We had an ensalada burrata (the cheese, salad, tomatoes and dressing) that was fabulous. The croquet champinones were creamy good, and the patatas mayo trufada parm was perfect. A couple of cañas to wash things down and now we have to make plans for our return.

Their Pimiento Padron is the best I've ever eaten. Very kind service and delicious tapas with reasonable prices. I really recommend it.

Best food in Alicante. Great food, great staff. The waiter was really nice and even taught us some spanish words. Pretty sure there isn't a set menu because they source fresh ingredients and serve whatever they can make with the ingredients they have at the time so menu options may be different every time. 100% recommend.

It's a very unassuming restaurant, but we were totally impressed. It's very small, but that's what makes you treated so well. The service was more than perfect and took care of our entire well-being. The food was also great and the value for money was a 12/10 (Got many tapas and two bottles wine). Absolutely to recommend. We would love to come back. Thank you for the great evening!

I absolutely understand why this place has 5 stars. Everything was perfection. It felt like someone wrapped a blanket around me and told me it was going to be ok. The presentation is simple and delicious. I cannot wait to go back. I easily could have eaten the entire menu if I’d had room. Thank you to my lovely server. So kind. Gracias!

We were looking for a typical, non-touristic place to have Spanish tapas and came to Nomad because of the good reviews. Nomad did not disappoint. Very good food and drinks and the waitress was very sweet and helpful. We don’t speak Spanish and she took the time to explain each item in English. Definitely worth visiting.
