Update: Went more than 10 times already and my review hasn't changed <3 absolutely delightful. I knew about this business at the Flors al Mercat fair and was in love with their food right away. So I was very excited to know that they finally opened their restaurant! I already went there 2 times in their first week of inauguration and I must say, there is no other vegan place in Barcelona that compares! So it's a must-go! The food is absolutely delicious, with dishes that you don't find the vegan version that often in resturants in Barcelona. The Katsu sando, katsu tofu curry and Onigiri are my absolute favorites! Also the staff is incredibly kind :) Will definitely go again more than once!

We can just tell you: all the 5 star reviews are well deserved! Best vegan japanese food we EVER had. You can get vegan todoyaki here, wich is absolutely already a reason for itself to come here! But to be honest: the whole restaurant is perfection in details. The food is like I already said an absolute stunning experience and the atmosphere, wich is created with so many details (origami decoration on the table, a beamer with japanese animes and pop culture, japanese movie posters etc.), really sets you in the perfect mood for a nice japanese dinner. The owners are very friendly and we can absolutely recommend comming here! If there would be 6 stars, they would deserve them. ありがとうございます！

Everything was fantastic and really tasty, specially K-Roll and Okonomiyaki. We will be back to taste other things. We also tried Tuna Onigiri which was absolutely amazing. taste but maybe a bit overpriced for the quantity. Anyway, 5/5.

Amazing vegan sushi. Really recommend the Godzilla sushi, the taste was heavenly. The place is decorated very thoughtfully and the service has always been friendly and nice. I recommend a reservation just in case. Been three times without and the third time it was almost full! Really enjoy this place and can't wait to visit again.

Great food, nice ambiance! A vegetarian restaurant with amazing Japanese street food inspired dishes that's comfy and cool. I specially recommend the vegetarian sushi rolls and the kimchi sandwich! The staff is attentive and helpful and the food is so good! You definitely need to visit Modoki Funky Roll!

The atmosphere is very curated and cozy. We ordered a lot of plates and were delighted by all of them. I especially recommend the Yakitori Karaage starter and Funashi Heura rolls. This is the proof you can be 100% vegan and not miss anything!

Love that everything is vegan. Many different Japanese dishes to choose from. The inside interior is cute, lovely atmosphere. For 2 people we chose the following to share: Onigiri Tuna, Tempura Godzilla sushi roll, okonomiyaki and sweet pancakes filled with matcha. Onigiri was our favorite, then pancakes. The other two were okay. Good and English speaking fast service. Price including two beers and water was €40.

Quite simply the best place in Barcelona. We went here for a normal dinner one evening and it was super. Great food and lovely staff running it! However, the real deal was when I basically ran there another evening to get there before the kitchen closed. Asked to order and take away and they were happy to help. The food was absolutely amazing and again, the people working here are such lovely people. If we return to Barcelona we will go here again 100%!

Excellent asian-inspired homemade food, no matter if you are vegan or not. The dishes are really tasty and good price for quality. You can clearly see that everything it's curated in detail, both in the food and in the place itself. Cozy atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. Well done! Will come back for sure :)
