Wonderful menu served with the best local ingredients Barcelona has to offer. The brioche with caviar and the syrniki were exceptional! Great specialty coffee! The service is super friendly and efficient. Can't wait to try out their dinner menu and the amazing list of local natural wines.

Great brunches and amazing service! Adore shakshuka, caviar (they bring a lot!) and coffee. My husband takes syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) Stable quality - been 3 times, love them. Dog friendly place.

Cool spot for a brunch. Good coffee and simple but well executed dishes. Recommending the grilled cheese sandwich & especially the cheesecake if you need a sweet top up.

Absolutely magnificent food and service! I had a brioche with red caviar and a green shakshuka (recommended by the manager). The brioche was perfect - the combination of beautiful slice of bread, salty butter and a thick layer of red caviar - the best brunch solution for the rainy day. The shakshuka with green peppers, artichokes and fresh parsley with a touch of spicyness was brilliant. I will definitely come back

We had an amazing experience at Salut last Thursday! We ordered a bunch of different dishes to share and all of them were delicious. We had two different bottles of wine - one orange and one red. Both delicious! The lemonade as a alcohol free choice was also really great! Our waiter was helpful and you could feel his passion for the concept of the restaurant. We had a long conversation with him before we left about wine and food. Our overall experience was 12/10 - we will absolutely come back. Thank you Salut Bistro!
