We saw the reviews and decided to visit this place, fantastic decision! A cozy cafe with the BEST patatas bravas I have eaten so far! The owner is fabulous, the food is super authentic and the service so heartwarming. There are vegetarian options as well. Overall, we loved meeting and interacting with you, Santos! It was a Saturday night when we sat down at the bar. It was busy with larger parties yet Paulo & Santos went out of their way to make us welcome & even went to the shops for ingredients to fill our order. Food was simple & tasty. Got there almost by accident. They are extremely friendly, I've had bravas and tapas in more expensive places in this was the best 👌

Stopped in on our first night in Barcelona. Felt very welcomed by Santos (who speaks perfect English) and were treated as if we are old friends. Good, hot bar food and great drinks. We tried to visit again before we left for California, but darn, they were closed. Definitely will visit again when we make it back to beautiful Barcelona.

Best attention around. Santos is funny and always remembers your orders and name! The place, drinks, food and staff are all great and friendly. Also good price. Recommended 100%. You also have some books around if you want to exchange. Leave on and take one. And in the walls some local paintings are exposed!
