I have called to make a medical appointment and the care received has not been the most appropriate. The person who answered my phone has been very unprofessional, dry, interrupting every time I expressed my doubts. Reading the reviews I can see that I have not been the only one to be treated this way. No doubt good health professionals work there (there are very positive reviews) but they have the wrong person at reception and telephone customer service. It may be giving the wrong image of the center.

We attended the center for an osteopathy visit with Raül, for my mother's vertigo and dizziness problem, and both the treatment received and the professionalism and kindness of the therapist is unbeatable. My mother needs patience and delicacy, and here she has found it (not easy at all). On the other hand, the attention of the person who manages the reception is impeccable. It gives you a familiar treatment that makes you feel in very good hands.

The afternoon receptionist is very...very rude. Like many comments here...the woman with the lilac hair...the worst thing I've seen facing the public. Whoever this lady attends to... I feel sorry for you. As training I would recommend an education course and another on empathy. Poor thing to be such an unhappy person...I won't be back for sure.

Excellent treatment from all the professionals, special mention for Carlota, very friendly and approachable. As for the nutrition services, we couldn't be happier, it really works, following a very varied diet and without going hungry at any time.

Very happy with the attention of this center, the receptionists are very friendly, but I would like to highlight the service and treatment of their dental hygienist, I have been delighted, she has been very patient with my oral sensitivity and has treated me with great affection. When professionals with that level of humanity work, it is greatly appreciated because they are capable of transmitting a lot of calm to you. I recommend it!

The super friendly receptionist gives you all the information and visit options, as well as available hours to avoid waiting. I renewed my driving license there, and everything has been easy.
