I loved it. The studios are wonderful. It was amazing to visit the place where Miró created some of his art. I think it is free on saturday afternoons after 15.00 (3pm) .

Absolutely recommend it, such a dreamy place. The collection is amazing. Note: if you're taking the bus, I strongly do not recommend taking the 4, as otherwise you'd need to climb the stairs to hell (the sightseeing is gorgeous tho)

Beautiful place and surroundings. House and studios of Joan Miró are definitely worth visiting! A lot of paintings and some of the sculptures, but the “atmosphere” is the most important.

I’m not a fan of his art but this exposition is definitely worth a visit. The architecture is stunning. Would plan at least one hour for the visit. They are cashless. Ticket is 9 eur. Free parking lot across the street from the entrance.

If you love Miro, this is the place for you. Easy to find and has parking opposite the entrance. Go early to get a space. Loads of different buildings and spaces with lots of the artists work in different media. Highlight was his two workshops with loads of unfinished works. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spaces designed by Pritzker Architect Rafael Moneo. The old studios of Sert and Son Boted are amazing too :)

They’ve done a spectacular job with the exhibits and displaying Miro’s workshop as if he was still actively working in it. Great little space dedicated to this incredible artist.

A very special place that is imbued with a unique spirituality. Artistic works were created in this place. An excellent experience for both the eyes and the soul.

Beautiful museum by Rafael Moneo--the interiors are stunning and beautifully complements the art, from the dappled light through the stone to the way spaces blend and interweave. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Palma. The Sert studio is lovely as well. make sure to go around and check out the yard to get a better look at the roof and the interior mezzanine. the site offers beautiful views of the city. the gardens and bathrooms could be better maintained.

€10 a ticket is good for the amount you get to look at in various different buildings, which not only contains Miro's art, but also the actual places where he created it, so you get to see the rooms/art studios set out as they were when he was there himself.

Beautiful place, very inspiring, but It would be amazing to have more information about the artworks and meanings behind Miro’s art. People at the reception/shop are friendly and speak english ☺️

Cool place, i loved seeing the Sert studio and the design of the whole place has a nice authentic feel to it. The Son Boter house had a nice vibe aswell (kinda dark with some creepy looking murals) The yard was nice to walk around, i would reccomend this place if you are a fan of Joan Miro and you want to get a feeling of what his living/working area was like. But.. if you are visiting with the hopes of seeing his most brilliant works you might be a little dissapointed. For me it was worth the visit for sure tho

An amazing combination of museum and authentic creativity site to visit. the location itself is also cool, on a hill with views. A real experience to breath the space where Joan Miró was working and discover stories and his philosophy

Really nice museum and workshop! Be sure to check out the video in the amphitheater! 4 stars because I expected to see more of his creations (a big part of the museum was in renovation) and the t-shirts at the souvenirs shop were extremely expensive (30-50€)!!!

If you are interested in one of the most iconic Spanish artists from the XX century, this is a place you need to visit. Nice collection of paintings and sculptures of Joan Miró

Well worth a visit. Beautiful building houses the gallery and it is full of interesting pieces. Not just the Miro Picasso and Dali, many current Spanish artists. It’s free to go in which makes it an easy decision. The wooden sculpture pictured is a lovely re-imagining of Matisse’s cut outs by Manuel Valdes.

Very well organized, and you can feel the soul of Miró in every corner of the place. Seems that he will come back anytime soon! I absolutely loved!

Artists studios are such inspiring places to visit and Miros beautiful studio looking over Palm is no exception. (Only didn't get a 5 as we couldn't go into his print studio).

Small but very interesting museum for art lovers, as you can also visit the artist studio.

Was so excited to visit the Miró foundation and studios, really enjoyed most of my visit but am here mostly to write about my experience in the printmaking studios as I was accosted by an employee. You pay the entrance fee for the two buildings and gallery space, I went up to the print making studios and there was a glass door, no signs on it, not locked and slid open so I walked in. I could see inside someone’s things were setup like they were working so I thought nothing of it and knew it was apart of the buildings you were able to view inside. Was quietly minding my business taking in the space when the employee returned and began screaming at me. I was berated by her and she was telling me in Spanish “what do you not understand” and being extremely demeaning, I explained I thought it was open and it was part of the entrance fee I had paid. She huffily took my ticket, marked it down, sat down at the desk and was mumbling things to herself as I made a lap inside the building. I was so uncomfortable as I made the journey alone that it really ruined my whole experience. Bummed as I enjoyed the rest of my time there but wanted to note this here as it was really upsetting.

It’s worth the visit for sure, you can see his workshops where he used to paint and create, they are also full of his pieces. The expo is also great. The architecture, composition is amazing. Cool garden with amazing views.

Fantastic place even if most of the exhibitions are closed due repair and restore of a main part of the building. Highly recomended for everyone interested in art and architecture.

Love this place. If you like modernism art, this is a must see. The atelier of the artist is impressive that provides a nice context.

It's really special Museum, we loved it found out lots of interesting things and Miró was a special guy. Would recommend watching the documentary after the museum or before it makes you understand even more. But I think everybody just living here would be creative 😁

Once and again, a beautiful place to visit. Went in March 2022, unfortunately we couldn't visit the main house since they have been doing reformation work. Though the 2 studios and the garden were open, which is so worth a visit. You can feel Miró's presence.. We paid less entrance fee because of the reformation.

Very interesting visit to see Joan Miró's working atelier, as well a collection of his works including paintings, drawings, sculptures. Parking spaces are available just opposite the street of the museum. Entry: 9€ for adults. Children under 16 have a free entry.

Fairly small, in reconstruction as of July 2022 and not very stroller/wheelchair friendly
