ROOM:
was
in
room
513,
very
average,
not
to
say
poor.
Wood
parts
were
ruined,
bathroom
was
small
and
the
sink
was
in
the
room
instead
than
in
the
bathroom.
Bed
was
comfortable,
pillows
not
that
much.
The
tv
is
a
very
old
model,
no
smart
services,
no
connection
to
phone,
just
a
screen
basically.
WI-FI
has
been
poor
for
the
entire
stay,
forcing
me
to
use
my
own
data
connection.
There
was
no
table
to
work,
but
just
a
very
small
wall
unit
of
around
30x70
cm,
on
which
you
can't
even
lay
a
15.6'
laptop.
Icing
on
the
cake,
I
had
ANTS
all
over
the
room
for
the
entire
stay.
Noticed
it
to
the
staff,
but
they
kept
walking
in
the
room
day
after
day.......unacceptable.
For
the
room,
considering
the
price,
I'd
have
given
1
star
or
less,
to
be
fair.
BREAKFAST:
this
was
good,
good
variety,
good
products,
BUT
the
cups
for
the
tea
and
the
tea
variety
are
really
poor.
If
you
like
to
have
a
hot
tea
for
breakfast,
you
better
bring
your
own
tea
bags
as
the
ones
offered
have
a
ugly
taste
and
you'll
have
no
tea
pots
but
just
very
small
cups.
SPA:
the
fact
that
you
have
to
pay
16€
for
50
minutes
of
SPA
already
makes
it
hard
to
consider
it
a
decent
service,
even
if
the
staff
was
really
good.
With
the
price
you
pay
for
the
room,
SPA
should
be
complementary,
and
more
important
you
can't
price
16€
for
less
than
1
hour.
Also
massages'
prices
were
insanely
high.....I
mean,
apart
for
a
52€
neck
massage,
all
the
rest
was
around
150€......are
you
kidding
me?
STAFF:
this
is
the
best
thing,
as
everyone
was
friendly
and
professional,
very,
very
good.
