I really appreciate to dr Mukesh yadav and mr surender for their commitment, all staff are very good and caring. although Getting government approval for health insurance in respect of hospital treatment is a very lengthy process that makes the patient and their supporting family feel uncomfortable.

My mother got hip featured and treated and operated by Dr Bharat Dhanjani. Who was extremely caring and helpful. A very good experience while interacting all the staff of the Hospital. Wish them all the best for their endeavours.

Bad experience ever, Doctors Behaviour is good, but staff behaviour very bad, no one responsible, very unprofessional, you take 45 minutes at reception if there was only 6 person in front of you. Same scene at medical no manegement. No words... One more thing... Parking facility only for some cars after park your vichcle road side and, then contact to no parking officer 😞.

No proper mangmemt, very poor No Proper financial counselling at the time of admission, Untrained nursing staff they don't know how to treat a post op patient,. Very roud GDA staff . Dirty linen I suggest you guys don't go never in this hospital .

My father's name is Ramswaroop Gothwal, he died in 2006 in Rungta Hospital, he was operated upon, money was taken for money, yet his life did not survive and even after his death, 80000 was asked for his death body, then his death body was given. Don't know how many people die there, even after death they are shown alive by putting them on ventilator and money is made from their family members and even after death, the dead body is also given to their family members in money separately while all the bills are cleared There the patient's life is not saved but money is made, the patient is a money making machine, Rungta Hospital is not a hospital, it is a money making business.

Went there for getting a tetanus shot for my daughter, was charged Rs. 600 on pretext of a phone call by compounder to some doctor who prescribed a pain killer. I questioned them and an arrogant coordinator intervened. His resolution: Apply fee only for duty doctor and injection charge, totaling to 600 again. I questioned again saying I didn't come for consultation, I just came for injection. I also told that if they are charging for consultation, let a doctor come and see first. They gave all kinds of excuses and finally reduced the charge to Rs. 450. I've always known this hospital for over charging and over treating and avoid going there. Rs. 600 is not a big deal but being cheated like this is a big deal. Will avoid this hospital in future.
