Large venue of the skirts of Nusa Dua, they facilitate transport and are very responsive on chat. Nice flashy lights at the entrance! When they take you to your room you bypass a series of cabins decorated nicely with local flowers. They greet with a ginger/lemongrass beverage which is very soothing. Prices are very reasonable, however, the only thing I can fault is the cleanliness. The towels and pillows are evidently not very clean which was mildly concern and tested this theory two nights in a row. The girls are very nice.

What an amazing experience. Would recommend the balinese massage (1hr) for 300,000. The staff are friendly, their facilities are crystal clean and air conditioned (Avoiding the summer heat is a must!) The complimentary luxury shuttle takes you too and from your hotel with such ease, what a pleasure to use. I suggest making an online booking to avoid disappointments when you arrive (All their prices are on their website) Will definitely be back, and would recommend this spa to all.

Wonderful find in Nusa Dua, Zahra Spa, just what I needed ❤️ I had the package 1 promo with Balinese massage and facial with ginger tea (2x) in their "joglo" (studio hut). The manager, Eka was very friendly and welcoming and also my therapist, Seni, was very good with my session, I fell asleep and was put into a relaxing state. I will definitely be coming back again and will try the Mani-Pedi with massage!

The only best Spa in Nusa Dua area, conveniently arrange a pick up and drop to where you stay as long as within the Nusa Dua area. Polite and warm welcoming staff and therapist, great services for sure. Always book in advance to enhance the maximum experience.

Very nice SPA with great service. The offered free pick up and drop off service from the hotel which was excellent. Massage was great and all staff is very friendly. They provide you before n after the massage a good tasting ginger tea. Definitely worth their price.

Wonderful day spent here! Couples massages, facials, flower petal bath and amazing foot massages to complete our journey. Did I mention how cute this place is? And they picked us up and returned us to our hotel down the road.

Had the hot stone massage and it was amazing! 90 minutes went by so quickly. The therapists are skilled and friendly. The place feels a bit old but super clean and smells heavenly. The overall experience is worth every penny. Definitely will go back!

Absolutely brilliant service in a quiet location which is right near the entry to the gated section of Nusa Dua. Very clean and quiet rooms (they had a family room specifically for the four of us - out of the multiple small individual secluded 'huts' that are available). So many massage options and packages to choose from, they really tailor the service to you. The children's massage was "top notch quality", "they found all of the stress spots and got all of the knots out!" Would definitely recommend, they won't dissappoint!

Found this place through Google because my hotel was very expensive. It was a beautiful spa. Much bigger than I had thought. I received the warm stone massage. It was wonderful. Left feeling refreshed. They offered me tea or water upon leaving, and I also received ginger tea when I arrived. I would come again if I wasn't leaving for home soon!

Had such a relaxing time at this spa. We had the couples package number 1 which was a relaxing foot bath, 1 hour massage, 45 min facial and then a foot massage. Feeling relaxed top to toe. Hotel transfer was included and very convenient.

Great place to relax. Price is reasonable. Though, I would recommend getting the Balinese massage for 2 hrs instead of the package. The masseuse was knowledgeable and friendly. The spa will arrange a pickup and drop off to your hotel in Nusa Dua. Great service, will come back again next time.

They’ve self- proclaimed - best in Bali. Based on our experience it is below average. We booked balinese massages for 1 hour for 2. Place is quite old with no maintenance even though they made this flashy/flowery entrance. The massage rooms are old, squeaky and have hard tables that make your massage not enjoyable. Unfortunately I have suspicions on hygiene level too, my towel was smelling really bad, to the point I was holding breath during massage and felt itchy all over my body after massage. Ladies are very friendly but unfortunately not professional at all , it did not feel like a massage. The lady was constantly rubbing my buttocks which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Its not pricey but for IDR 300000 a decent massage would be what you would expect. We are frequent spa patrons at the spas all over the world and have been to other spas in Bali too. I am only giving them 2 stars because the lady who assisted with our booking was helpful, they do provide transportation after massage and the lemongrass drink is yummy.

Fantastic - came by on a long stopover between flights and went for the 1.5 hour Balinese massage. The staff were professional, spoke good English, and the massage was just what I needed after a long hike. They also kindly agreed to store our bags for a few hours while we went for lunch next door. Would highly recommend! 💯

One of the best Balinese Massage I’ve ever had in Bali, if not in Indonesia. Would come back again if I get another chance to be in Nusa Dua. Pick up service from hotel, friendly and helpful staff, to amazing massage experience with perfect pressure and technique. 1,5hrs is not enough, love it to bits! Wow. This place is simply amazing. By far the most beautiful spa I’ve ever seen. You cannot help but be relaxed just walking in to the serene setting with thousands of fresh flowers placed carefully around the spa. Services are reasonably priced, and are an exceptional value given the beauty of the spa and the excellent service provided by the staff. Free hotel transport as well! Do yourself a favor and book your significant other and yourself a couples massage here.

I did the Balinese massage and body scrub/wrap (package 6?). It was wonderful! Very relaxing. And the property is very cool with fresh flowers everywhere every day. Beautiful experience!
