Saying overpriced for going inside the castle, it's a mistake...... it's a hell overpriced. Paying for enjoying the garden is still a hefty price. Over the weekend, it is so busy that it is actually not possible to use even toilets. If you want to sit for afternoon tea etc you have to wait hours to get chair. Inside the house is a very limited tour, which, in fact, does not give anything. It's loaded with other visitors, so you can only dream about some nice pictures. Place is strictly for making money

Guess I was lucky. Booked a single room and got one in the renovated parts of the castle that resembles modern low tier business hotels. The room itself was small but cozy. Everything was spotless and clean. WiFi reception is brilliant. The hotel and castle give mixed feelings. You can clearly see that it’s a “work in progress”. Given that through the years management is constantly improving on everything it’s fair to say that this place deserves a good grade. There is no modern day elevator that covers every floor. The rooms are scattered all over the place: I had trouble navigating through the corridors to find my place. The breakfast menu was very good. Including vegan and gluten free foods. Hotel staff is helpful and responsive. It’s not ideal that in order to get to the parking spot one needs to get out of the vehicle in order to press a button to call reception desk. Imagine that in a pouring rain… It’s promising and I hope it will get to a point were all of the pieces fall into place and this will offer a boutique style experience. It has potential.

Superb place for a visit, castle has been renovated and it gives, looks like from fairy tale. Tour is not long, would say it takes an hour but it's worth it, some rooms are massive and give a scale how this place used to be. Park and fountain are another gems: there is even a music. Very clean, polite service, they even have restaurant inside if you are into having a meal in posh - and I mean it - environment, but didn't have time to do it. Highly recommend.

The back looks great but the fountain is also not working. I was told they will complete the renovations by December 2022. The inside is amazing, but very few original pieces survived after Soviets destroyed everything. Still a great place to visit. I will definitely go back in 2023!

I do not recommend visiting the restaurant. Terrible inattentive service. I never received my order, when asked when they would bring me the second ordered dish, they just poked a note and the waiter’s face was not recorded, so I didn’t order. I had lunch with one soup. The castle and the park are beautiful, there is nothing else to do there.

While planning for visiting this castle didn't expect a lot. When arrived to the parking lot there were many tourists, which is the good sign of the popularity of this place. Castle is renovated few years ago, some works are still continue at backyard. It looks really nice. Different architecture styles, good park for short walk. Cafe and restaurant inside of the building. Part of the castle is functioning as a hotel. Lovely place to spend few hours.

Instructions for parking at arrival could be more clear and more organized. The park is very well taken care of and it's a great place to relax. The castle is not as accient as expected but the tour is beautifully arranged and even the tools of online guide and explanation help understand the history and an addition to the whole experience.

We did not stay at the hotel but visited the castle and gardens for the day with family. Entry to the castle and gardens is around 30zl (£6). This entitles you to visit the eight areas / rooms within the castle and spend as much time as you like wandering the extensive gardens. For the size of the castle I was expecting slightly more of the property open to the public?? The cafe in the castle is expensive by Polish standards 18zl for coffee and 18zl for a slice of cake. The catering units outside the gates have coffee for 8zl and it's more that fine (just doesn't come in a china cup). A worthwhile day out but on our visit there were extensive renovations taking place. When these are complete and during the summer with all the flowers in bloom, this place will look magnificent.

Booked a tour ticket online. Unguided tour & without an auto guide. Just walk the building and follow the arrows. I wouldn’t say the staff is extremely helpful but Interesting interior and gorgeous exterior. Makes for a great photo stop.

I am allowing for the fact it is an old castle building however the beds should be made up but weren’t, the mattress was stained! the garden area while told it was open eventually was unlit and only accessible via the front door, there was no bin or fridge in the room and no ventilation / fan supplied. Service was also poor as originally told the garden was closed but then it was open if I was only drinking 🤷‍♂️ the castle itself and grounds should mean it is a great place to stay however I would 100% avoid as accommodation.

The castle is visually impressive, especially as it may resemble Hogwarts. For this reason, conventions for Harry Potter fans are regularly held there. In the garden a nice playground for children

Very beautiful castle and pleasant greenish areas around for a walk. The restaurant wasn't impressive, just fine. The rooms are also OK, with creaking floors, as should be in the castle :) Not very convenient to reach out to some of the rooms without the elevator, esp. with a baby and language in hands. The breakfast is very nice. Overall, it's a good place for a visit 😊

I didn't stay at the hotel but visited the garden and the rooms. The castle is very beautiful however be aware that the walls are not stones but an imitation with concrete. The few rooms available for visit are nice despite many decorations for Harry Potter events might bother you if you were more interested in the historical side if the castle. The gardens are very nice to have a walk, and the grass around the fontains perfect to chill

Wow! A completely fairy-tale castle, just across the border with Czech. They are still renovating the outside at the moment, but it will be gorgeous when the summer comes around. It was free to walk the grounds and enter the main part of the castle, but there will be paid for guided tours in the summer.

First of all, I didn't like the behaviour of the assistant collecting money for the parking. We barely arrived and she came knocking to our window while still in the car, not the best welcome. Anyways, once arrived the view of the lake with the ducks and the glance of the castle make the place look like coming straight out of a fable, magical. I had been inside the castle already so this time we decided to just take a walk in the gardens and the price for that is 16PLN and 10 if reducted. To be honest, I think entrance to the park shouldn't be charged because it doesn't really offers any services. A nice place to look for flowers and breathe some clean air in the summer. I recommend but only if you live close to the area.

I was there as a visitor only. The beautiful palace, quite well preserved, even grabbed by Soviet troops after the war and used to service as the... mental hospital for prominents. Absolutely worth visiting. And I recommend the restaurant! Prices acceptable.

Enjoyed a short walk through of the castle. Would recommend the audio guide or the extra guide which will allow you to visit the castle pillars outside

Great location. Dinner was not the best. Breakfast excellent. Not a real hotel. No real service. But stunning building.

Get the feeling you’re in Disneyland without going all the way to France. About a 90 minute drive from Wrocław, it’s definitely a good place for a day or weekend trip. There’s a substantial park around the castle, included with a lake. Great place to relax and wind down.

This is a place for those who love Harry Potter or are interested in seeing a fantasy castle. You shouldn't miss this place. Half of the castle is a tourist attraction, and the other half is a hotel where you can stay for as long as you want. This castle has small shops at the entrance where you can buy souvenirs. The entrance ticket is 38 zloty per person. This ticket includes a castle and garden, which I think is a scam. You also have to pay for parking around 10 zloty. Overall, this place is a must visit.

Moszna Castle is a very old building in a beautiful rural environment. During WW2 and later under the Soviet occupation it has been systematically damaged and neglected. Now it is owned by the region and serious work is being done to get it back to its grandeur, but there is a very long way to go. The outside of the building is being renovated and in some areas it is very beautiful already, but other areas are still scaffolded. The rooms are spacious, but very very spartan, definitely below the level they should be. As for highlights, the restaurant is very good and the interior is beautifully rebuilt. There is also a beautiful musical fountain seen from the balcony of the rear rooms

Went there only sightseeing. Accomodation is super expensive. The castle is beautiful, though, the entry fee seems quite high. The gardens are quite well kept. Too bad one of the most recognisable parts with the impressive staircase is under renovation. Overall, great experience.

Stayed in the black apartment, amazing. My boyfriend asked them for help to bring some flowers to the room so he could propose to me. Thanks to this amazing castle I had the perfect marriage proposal 😊

Place is worth it to see, this never been actual castle, rather fancy house of wealthy industrialist from beginning of the last century. Land around is well maintained, fountains and ponds make this place as a nice picnic or dog walk area.

We had a great time staying here, love wandering the grounds. Staff barely speak any English but did their best to communicate with us. I really can't wait to see the castle again when the renovations are complete.

Beautiful castle, great for a night, breakfast excellent! Dinner disappointing, food overcooked and dry but I wouldn't let that stop you
